Very friendly and very efficient - service with a smile

This is a great local pharmacy. Aram and her staff are so helpful and always very friendly and welcoming when my husband and I visit. Nothing is too much trouble including ordering in products we want if they haven't stocked them.
Our recent Covid 19 vaccination was done efficiently and we didn’t feel a thing!

This is my definite “go to” chemist ever since they opened. The ladies there are amazing with their customer service and they are always happy to answer any questions you have and greet you with a friendly smile and hello when you walk in. Although it’s a small chemist don’t let that deceive you it has everything you need in there and more with the ladies always there to help find what you looking for and offer advice.

I go to this pharmacy 1-2 weekly due to multiple chronic illnesses and a fractured ankle and they never judge ever! I would definitely highly recommend this pharmacy!

Staff were Amazing, very friendly and helpful, received my first Dose, bit of a dead arm but otherwise great. Would highly recommend you get your Covid jab here, if you haven't already got it. I went to Terry White at Varsity Lakes for first vaccination. The staff were very friendly and attentive and were informative. My appointment was in time as booked. Overall a very good experience. I have 2 chemists closer to my home however I will travel to this one in the future for my chemist requirements.

I got the vaccine today and I'm very scared of needles. The lovely lady was very supportive and made me feel so much better. Awesome service

Both of the pharmacist are extremely knowledgeable, professional and always helpful with their advice. Their kindness is what sets them apart from other locations, because they really do care, and it shows.

The rapport that the team builds with their customer base is an example of what a pharmacy should offer. It’s not often that you see the pharmacist be anywhere but dispensing medication, but it’s different here. The team have managed to take away the barrier between customer and pharmacist, giving the customer a chance to ask questions and feel comfortable about their medication.

Once you encounter this customer experience from a pharmacy, you won’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you to Aram and Riarne for answering my many questions, making me feel comfortable and always making time for me.

I’ve had my vaccinations at this pharmacy and they are very organised and the website is super easy to use. Great range on the shelves as well with some really good sales!

I used to be a Chemist Warehouse man until I visited this pharmacy. Now, Terry White Chemist in Varsity Lakes is the ONLY pharmacy I give my business to.

The 2 girls are an absolute PLEASURE to deal with- delivering personalised service with genuine care and concern every time I visit.

The chemist itself is as clean as a whistle. It is so clean that I’d eat off its’ floor. I wouldn’t ACTUALLY eat off the floor of course, but i’d rather do so at TWC in Varsity Lakes than in any Chemist Warehouse branch.

Since I have become a loyal customer to this pharmacy, I’ve actually begun to forget that Chemist Warehouse even exists.

Sometimes I get my GP to prescribe me medicine that I don’t even need, just so i can visit the girls at this pharmacy.

I will end this review by reiterating once again just how exceptional the service is at TWC in Varsity Lakes. But don’t take my word for it- visit this pharmacy just once and I am CERTAIN that you will never step foot in a different pharmacy ever again.
