Just had a really great experience that left me feeling very happy and looked after by the team here. I was greeted by a very friendly Kathleen and charming man named Moey, who talked me through all my options based on my needs and budget. They gave me very honest advice and were both very warm and friendly. My interaction was so pleasant, I'm almost tempted to go back to buy another phone! Looking forward to popping in next time. Highly recommend to anyone.

They held the store open late for me to duck home and grab my ID for the purchase and fitted my glass screen protector. It was a solid experience and I was really happy with the service.

I was walking past one day and was talking to Moey, he was really friendly and explained the plans really well. I then went back not long ago as I made the decision to change providers and it has been great! I have been blown away by the staff members at Vodafone at Ashfield Mall last Saturday I walked in stressing that I was locked out of my phone I couldn’t even turn it off as somehow I had put the phone into emergency mode. I walked into 2 other phone shops one was Telstra as my phone is a Telstra phone and no body could help me told me I had to go to Apple. I walked into Vodafone and the guy was so helpful and within 2 minutes he fixed the problem. I was so grateful I brought my son a new phone cover unfortunately it was the wrong one. I took it back today and the owner gave me a new more expensive cover and didn’t charge me any extra. I’m 53 and not technical at all but nothing was to hard for the staff on both occasions I walked in they couldn’t do enough to help me. You don’t see that these days. I recommend Vodafone to everyone for great service. Thank you very much Vodafone

Have been with Vodafone for many years but have never had such excellent service as we had today in the Ashfield store. Kathleen and Deepu were so kind and helpful and nothing was a problem. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Will be back here for my next phone
