Woolworths Ashfield

My local woolies. Nice modern store, very spacious. Everything is well presented and easily accessible. Never have they let me down. Plenty of parking at Ashfield mall to make the trip quick and painless.

Bleak. Like Coles. You can talk to checkout chicks. Buying food has become a dystopian chore. Humans matter. Or once did.

Glen in fresh produce is a legend. Came around 9:30pm and there were no cut watermelons left, Glen being the legend he is ventured out back to bring out two of the most beautiful cuts of watermelon I have ever gazed upon in my lifetime. A truly unforgettable experience

Plenty of selections and reliable, professional and polite staff. Always great experience.
One memorable experience was when I saw a kids drink bottle displayed on self as half price, but when I scanned it's not on sale. So I asked the staff who happened to be one of managers. I showed the picture I took and he checked the self himself. He said the sale was for other drink bottles but a staff seems to misplaced the price label on self, which often happened. Then still with polite smile he said he would still apply the half price for the bottle anyway and if I'd buy it. I said of course! :) I came shopping with little girl on pram and he's very understanding.
Thank you for making me feel good. Always good everytime I shop.

My daughter's birthday today and she didn't care much about celebrating but I had a better idea. I bought a fresh BBQ chicken a French bread stick some salad goodies, and cupcakes. She loved the surprise. Woolies cooked the lot and it was yummy

I really like this store. It si well stocked, everything is easy to find, the staff are accomodating and the wait for the checkout is reasonable. Whoever is running this store is doing a really good job.

This place is not the same as it was but with the coved I don't expect it. Staff member was at the front helping us out with the signing in but a lot less customers .Customers were wearing masks and distancing themselves or trying hard which is a good sign. Go Woolworth and thank you for looking after us

I had accidentally left behind $100 in the counter.. a day later when I went back the staff was willing to look at the records and find the money for me. Thank you to the self service staff (whom i will never know who it is) for being honest and diligent.

Not too bad this Woolies, specials, pretty clean, love the bakery and deli areas, also the Odd bunch buys for fruit, also get some things on clearance at times and mostly the bakery sections. Good as.
