We were replacing a 30 year old ducted system and had quotes from several suppliers. Stephen was very patient and answered our many questions, and we were very happy with Maxim's design and competitive price for a 20KW Daikin with new ducting. The team smoothly and efficiently handled the removal of the old system and the new installation, with minimal disruption and all done in a day. We would gladly recommend them.

Very Happy with new home air cond installed by Maxim. Arran was great and went out of his way to find a way to install the ducting in a double story house - others just walked away and said it was too difficult !!. The installation guys were fantastic - they had it all done in a day with minimum fuss and cleaned up after they left. I’ve been a plumber for over 30 years and had seen the team do an install in an old terrace home at Paddington, and was impressed enough that when I made the decision to install our ducted air system 18 months later I contacted the builder to get there details. The work was completed in a day, and Arran and the team explained everything. They were neat, tidy, and polite. Our experience with Maxim was very good. We found Arran is very friendly and thorough compared to other people who came to provide us with quote. On the day of installation we had to get some minor issues due to which we had do minor changes. The team was good and provided us with alternate solution without any additional cost. Arran even helped us find people who could do the boxing and gyprocking.

Stephen has been very supportive and responsive to answer all of my silly questions since I don’t have any clue on the duct Aircon system at all, which helps a lot to clarify my concerns with his professional advises. During the installation, his team got the job done on time, again with professionalism. Meanwhile they gave me tips about maintaining the system for longer usage time, like cleaning the filters, which is important for end users which I don’t think we all know that in general. Again great experience with them!

My old ducted AC had a setup with very limited indoor unit dimensions. When my old AC was broken, I asked a few other AC services but none of them said they can install new ducted AC system without changing the room structure for indoor unit. When I reached out MaXiM, Stephen helped me find an option from Actron. There was some delay due to covid and AC unit supply, but eventually new AC unit has been installed successfully with the existing setup. They also helped me to throw away the old AC system and the installation process is very smooth and professional. I am very happy with my new AC system and the service from MaXiM. Highly Recommended.

Arran and team are experienced professionals. They did a great job throughout starting with the quote to the installation. Moreover, it was easy working with them. I dealt with Arran, who was very professional and understood what I wanted from the new unit.

He was able to give me a very detailed breakdown of the work they will conduct and also suggested improvements such as zoning and outdoor unit location. I was happy with the quote received from Arran, which included the brand that I was contemplating and also several alternatives.

Arran and his team were able to complete all this work within a day (dismantle and remove the old unit, fix and replace zone ducts, install 12x new diffusers, install the new unit and clean/remove all the trash)
