Hotel breakfast buffet. Have every breakfast variety + ice cream. You can order hot or cold coffee, they serve to your table.

Was fortunate to spend a quiet dinner at Catch located in the Hilton. Service was excellent and my waitress was well versed in matching drinks with food. Decided in favor for the 3 course set meal. The entree Calamari was perfectly cooked, pan seared Barramundi with green vegetables, served with broth was a perfectly balanced main course and finally the Chocolate Brownie capped off a awesome dinner. Complementary still water and a side dish was an added bonus. A very memorable evening.

I was unbelievabley impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and overall great to chat with. It was my partner's birthday and they fulfilled my request of a special night. They went above and beyond to make the night special. The food was to die for. We had the gnocchi for entree and then steak and chicken for mains with a pear salad and chips. They then brought out this wonderful chocolate dessert as a surprise. I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends.

The service here was excellent the host Jordan was incredible,
He and Peter Kiraly along with the chef Jack organised and birthday cake for my daughter and they all sang happy birthday,

What a lovely space. The breakfast buffet was generous, delicious and well attended to. The staff, courteous and helpful. Cathy, the host, is charming and fun to chat with. She takes such great care of you and takes a personal interest in the guests. I love coming here.

Everything at Catch was amazing but I would definitely have to say that the highlight of it all was Cathy’s service and her wonderful contagious smile! If I could rate this place higher than a 5, I would. Cathy, never stop being you! Your service cannot ever be compared to. The food was AMAZING! So much variety, the taste was phenomenal, it was just top tier. Thank you once again! X

We had the breakfast buffeet here on our last day at Surfers Paradise. There are lots of options and the food is yummy. Well worth the price.

Loved our breakfast in Catch Restaurant each morning. The food were always freshly prepared with lots of varieties. The staff, in particular Cathy, who went above & beyond to ensure her guests were well looked after. She is always cheerful, efficient & takes pride in her work with attention to details. She is a real asset to the business. We enjoyed our stay & looked forward to our brekkie each morning.

Hands down - to service, people, features, facilities, location, EVERYTHING!

We are not easy to impress but Catch @ Hilton, def impressed us. We visited Catch for our daily breakfast buffet in Jan 2023, for the full duration of our stay.

The variety of buffet is massive for veg, non veg, kids, bread, juices, fruits, etc.

The staff is very friendly, informed, sweet, ready to help you and assist the kids or with luggage at any given time.

I don't recall many names, but we had Cathy assist us with seats and staff like Paula were hands on!

I will def visit those place again, when I return to Gold Coast.

Thank you Catch Hilton, for everything! And most importantly for making us comfortable, safe and bringing smile on our faces.

We have just finished dining but I couldn't wait to leave a review!!! The lovely Sami was our waitress and she was impeccable!! Her service goes beyond anything I have experienced at other high up market restaurants. Couldn't recommend Catch enough. Definitely coming back with friends and family in the future. Key Tip: get the haloumi fries 🤤🤤

Breakfast was fabulous here! Would love to thank Catherine for looking after us, she always makes our experience pleasant and memorable. She’s by far the best! Thank you Catch for being so accommodating and providing service with a smile.

Amazing service and incredible food. The steak and green vegetables were perfectly cooked with great flavours. Honestly top 3 best steaks I’ve ever had!

What a wonderful surprise. Our Hotel restaurant was out of this world.
Fabulous food.
Can highly recommend the Seared scallops, baramunndi tacos and the salt and pepper calamari.
The chocolate brownie(gf for those who care) came with toffee ice cream, chocolate ganache and freeze dried raspberries and was to die for.
The best service. Thank you Sage for a lovely evening.

Omg absolute perfection. The staffwere fabulous.. and the food!!! Omg... Couldn't have asked for anything more. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavours were amazing.. value for money is an understatement.. fully recommended dining here. The atmosphere was beautiful.. I can't say enough how great this place and it's staff are. Victoria and Roberta you ladies were amazing. Thankyou xx
