EB Games Campbelltown

Love going into this store. Always clean. Staff are always approachable and friendly. Store is well stocked with new and exciting merchandise. I always get gift cards for my family and friends for birthdays, Christmas and just as presents.

Good store, plenty of things available. I was at Macarthur Square EB looking for something they didn't have, called Campbelltown Mall EB and the staff member found the stock and put it aside for me and I drove down and it was ready to go.
Great customer service.

Staff are amazing and very helpful.
I took my granddaughter in to buy something for her 8th birthday and she was so happy with what she left with.

Staff always helpful and polite. Had problems with headphones not working and they were apologetic and very quick in helping me with an exchange.

Never had an issue when shopping or exchanging here. My kids, who are massive EB Games fanatics, are always asking questions about their products and the staff are always happy to answer them. Not too mention the incredibly prompt click and collect turnaround time!

Tell you why I love this place? Well sure the staff are the friendliest crew I've ever met, they always remember me and make me feel like I'm at home, they take into account how I'm feeling and all, yes that's basic customer service but to have such nice crew remember you and things you've spoken to them about, truly a blessing, and the few crew that I do know that are there (and have been for quite some time) are such unique and amazing people, genuinely care for all the customers that walk into their store and always keep a gold standard

Well let’s start off with they will Remember your face and name, sometimes I’ll go in there and browse for an hour and unlike other eb games in Campbelltown area, they don’t kick me out. The employees are genuinely interested about the games surrounding them and will ask about your gaming experience and tell you about there’s. Sometimes if it isn’t busy they will come up and have a chat with you. They know I’m a Xbox gamer at heart so when I bought a ps3 they gave me a 10% discount (it was already on sale) because of the switch I had made.

My go to EB store. They're not as busy compared to the Mac Square store so you're able to have a decent conversation with the staff regarding games. I've always experienced friendly and helpful service in this store.
