Kmart Campbelltown

Located within Campbelltown shopping mall. Great collection of household, clothing, cosmetic and other accessories items. Well stocked and organised. Bit short staffed but manageable. Reasonable prices. We visited from Parramatta and were not disappointed with the stocks.

Had a lovely experience at the exchange counter. Vanessa went above and beyond to resolve our issue . Thank you

Shining Star at Kmart Campbelltown!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kmart Campbelltown, and I must say, it was an exceptional shopping experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a bright and friendly face named Mia at the front self-checkout (SCOs). As a former Kmart employee myself, I understand the importance of exceptional customer service, and Mia truly exceeded all expectations. She patiently assisted me with any questions I had and guided me through the self-checkout process with ease. Her extensive product knowledge and ability to multitask efficiently ensured that the checkout process was quick and hassle-free. Kudos to Mia for being an exceptional asset to the Kmart team!

I needed a donut cushion as I had hurt my back and Jessica at the entrance said she would check if they had one to save me a walk. They did but I could not find it. So went back to her and she said she would get someone to bring me one. So nice when shop staff are helpful instead of trying to ignore you.

Called the store yesterday as I realised I had left an item at the self serve checkout. Spoke with Lyla and she was so helpful in helping me out. After viewing the cameras she was able to establish I did leave it behind ( most placed would have just said no, don’t have it) so I was able to go in and pickup today.
Thankyou Lyla for the great customer service, I have worked in retail for 47 years and know that positive feedback is rare so once again a big THANKYOU….

Thought I would pop into my local Kmart to browse the new stock and look at the specials. So glad I did it was extra busy with it being school holidays and wet weather always bring shoppers. Other than that it was great to see all the shelves over stocked. I ran out of time even though I was in there an hour and a half.

Very pleasant experience, product we were looking for was not on the floor but the young girl that helped us went out the back to collect it for us, even though she was clearly very busy! Only sorry I didn't get her name. Good service like that deserves praise!

Always a good bargain to be found and always new stock in store. Range of sizes and budgets can be catered for. The extended hours are convenient too

Great Department Store. It's a pity, the plastic Bag was banned, but Customers need it and have to buy a plastic bag to carry stuffs we bought from the stores. What's the point. Extra cost. Should be free like it used to be, to compliment the great shopping experience. Extra dollars to profit for all the Stores that sell the essential Plastic Bags for Customers. 😣

It's Kmart so it's bog standard in almost every way but when we left our purchases at the cafe outside (not even in the store) the staff at Kmart went above and beyond retrieving our bag from the cafe and holding it until we could get back to pick it up. Excellent customer service!!!!

The furniture here actually quite pretty. I was checking out the rattan furniture and seriously considering refurbishing our entire house just so i could use the stuff there.

If you're in need of any coffe tables or bedsides, go here 1st.

Amazing place. This place has all the essentials and more. And at the lowest price possible! They have everything from fake plants to face masks. Although this kmart is no diffrent from any other. Great service here.

Always full of stock, lovely staff, big store. HAS ALL THE RANGE and lots of it. I love coming here and will travel here from Narellan. Worth the drive!

Friendly staff. Well maintained. I went there get some stuff for camping as I was in hurry . I ask the team member, they directed me well and got my thing within a minute.

When I went to the store today I found that there was a couple of issues with the products that I was buying. A staff member helped me get though it no matter how many mistakes were committed. Definitely one of my personal favourite stores

Can't beat Kmart for good affordable camping gear especially the jetboil clone made by campmaster at $49. A forth of the price of a jetboil and almost just as good. Well worth checking out.

Excellent specials for "Operation Christmas Child" children in 3rd world countries. Very excited to be able to show them God's love. THANK YOU Kmart.

Kmart is always a great place to shop. I never go to Kmart knowing what I need. I walk in store and let Kmart tell me what I need. Can result in spending alot on items you were not prepared to bring home.

Great choice of items ... good price... utensils and cutlery... coffee cups and plates ... mesmerise me .. used to pay 5 times more one time. Very helpful staff.

Clean, friendly staff and easy to find what we needed. It was very convenient that they were open late and it felt secure that they have COVID procedures in place.
