Top notch food and drinks. Went for takeover Tuesday which was all modern Australian themed. Their Americola is also a must try drink! One of the best bars in sydney

We've been to a few takeovers and the food has always been great. Would highly recommend checking out future Tuesday take overs. Perfect date night and the service has always been great 😊

Visited for the first time last Saturday night just after 11:30pm when they had last call for drinks however the lovely bartender made us two Africola which were sooo delicious. We came back the following Friday and got the mango weis and grape expectations. Out of the two I did prefer the grape however the mango weis cocktail definitely gave me holiday feeels. Great vibes, service and music. Highly recommend.

The Weiss bar was amazing, the negroni ice-cream felt like it'd put me on the floor. The jelly in the INXS was divine. Overall 10/10 experience

The drinks are out of this world good and the food was great too!
Fairly priced with their menu with no cocktail exceeding $25 and their signature Africola at $17! Which I highly recommend!
We ordered 5 different drinks between us two and we loved every single one of them!

Inventive and delicious! I had their Breakfast Negroni and the Basque Old-Fashioned and both were excellent and unique. I’d definitely come try more here, not least because the service was also excellent and the ambience was chill and moody.

PS40. A little hidden gem. Second to none staff with super funny and charismatic personalities! Tasting award winning cocktail #1 & #5 in Australia. Was so much fun! We had to come back for a second tasting on our way home.

PS40 has some of the most interesting cocktails. Great service! Some of the highlights and go to cocktails: Watermelon Margy/Miami Vice, Mango Wei’s Bar, The Ritz.

This place is the bomb! Like the best bar around anywhere. These guys know hospitality and they know their bar - the drinks, the small eats menu and the staff are all amazing.
I cannot fault them in anyway.

PS40 isn't your average cocktail bar. It almost feels like a simple cafe to catch up with mates, have a laugh and enjoy life. The cocktails are always on point and delicious and the bar snacks are also worth trying.

The first drink I ordered the signature drink Africola which recommended by the bartender who's working in RE and it was nice! The coconut foam was delicious that I'd like to eat as dessert and it balanced with the coffee liquor so well. This combination actually brings out the umami flavor pretty well. The second drink I ordered the Gladys Gimlet. They've used lime and makrut lime zest so I'll say this is a double lime gimlet, highly recommended for people who love sour or lime. And I ordered two more drinks afterwards but I was tipsy already so I don't have much memory about those besides fruity and yummy.

I held a surprise party with ~50 guests, and everyone was complimenting me on finding such an amazing venue!

Booking the venue was easy and VERY affordable.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly which made our night even more enjoyable.

The drinks are unique and delicious. My favourite was the Africola with their in-house brewed cola.

A special thanks to Tyler for changing drinks up to my preference!

Such a nice and friendly place offering many fancy and beautiful cocktails.
First time to try Messina desserts here which were absolutely delicious and creative!
It turned out that the cocktail with Messina gelato could be pretty exotic as well.

The staff were super friendly and were clearly passionate about the drinks they were creating! It was so nice to see bartenders be so eager to teach us about what we were about to have and how they made it. We opted with the alcoholic soda degustation since we wanted to try it all and it was fantastic.

Delicious, funky, unique cocktails! Must try their Africola (with their in-house brewed wattle cola). Oh and the chorizo flatbread is to die for!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who really show pride in their work. Sophisticated cocktails for the discerning palette. So much love and thought goes into these drinks. Sit at the bar and have a conversation with the staff!
