The Sebel Sydney Chatswood

In Sydney for a wedding. The Sebel Chatswood is brilliantly located. The hotel itself is in need of a refresh. The staff were generally good with one young lady (Tanya) proving to be truly outstanding! She was very helpful , polite, and patient, and sold us on Accor membership on arrival.

We were very happy with the accommodation provided. The officer at the reception (night time) was very helpful indeed. Well done!

Two bedroom apartment had plenty of room and good AC. View was a bit industrial and lifeless however the location to transport and shops was excellent. Bathrooms were well appointed, the beds were firm and comfortable. The TV was on the small side and channel selection didn't have all the free to air channels and no sport channel/foxtel.

Strategically located, surrounded by shop and restaurant. Very spacious apartment. Pool is outdoor but covered , water is cold.
Can hear the train noise if you are light sleeper.

Thank you to the admin who helped with the registration process and provided an extraordinary room upgrade, so you got a private and very spacious room.

Spacious two bed apartments, some are a little dated but they are all clean and well maintained. Great facilities onsite including gym, sauna, heated pool & spa. The stand out is the pool as it is on a covered terrace and super warm.

Had a 2 night stay in 3 bedroom apartment, thoroughly impressed from start to finish! Service was wonderful, apartment and rooms were spacious and well appointed. Underground parking on site. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Walking distance to train station with only a short train ride into the city. Lots of shops close by. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Sydney apartment for holidays!

Stayed at the Sebel on a trip to Sydney with the family, and enjoyed our over 1-week stay. The rooms and beds were comfortable, great view of the neighborhood, and it is very well located and within walking distance to so many malls and shops and to the train. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast basket but eventually decided to start cooking our own brekkie as it gets a little repetitive. I also enjoyed the smell of their soaps and shampoos! Halls are a little tight if you're a big group and noise kind of bounces off the walls a bit, but it's not a huge issue.

Would love to stay here again with the fam if we're ever back in town.

The service apartment is a home away from home... The suites have lots of space 1 hall , a bedroom , kitchen , laundry and toilet.
There is a huge football field close by , for running in the mornings.
The gym is small and only has a few treadmills.
The pool is small but nice.
The management and hotel workers do not disturb unnecessarily.

A well presented hotel, well located near food, shopping, beaches and the CBD

great for families, very spacious and so close to shops and restaurants. We've always had a great stay here and I booked it for my friend at the last minute who loved it too. Well priced for Sydney accommodation.

Damian and the team have ensured an enjoyable stay over the past month. The heated mineral lap pool and spa with views is top notch. We have also appreciated the spacious rooms with sunlit balcony. We can see glimpses of the ocean up on the top floor. Convenient location near the train station and across the road from Westfield and cafes.

Stayed in this hotel on a couple of occasions now for business. This is a bit better than the other usual place I go to.

I stayed at their one-bedroom apartment and also on their two-bedroom apartment on a high floor. In both cases, the rooms are very clean, neat and tidy, and smelled neutral.

The room had a balcony that overlooked the local footy park. The balcony is big enough to have breakfast on, if that's your thing.

Hotel amenities include wifi (extra charge), pool, spa and a small gym.

This part of the Accor Group, so use your membership if you have one.

First time staying here, was a great location, straight across the road from Westfield's and a couple of minutes walk to both the Metro and Train station for easy travel into central Sydney itself. Rooms good size, kitchen with dishwasher, stove and microwave. Laundry area as well. Pool area nice with a little gym area as well. Staff helpful and friendly on arrival and departure.

Location is fantastic, resturants and huge shopping centre within 1 minute walk.
Great rooms, comfy bed, balcony and plenty of extra room.
1 bed apartment is spacious.

Great friendly staff. always greeted with a smile . Always helped .nice clean rooms with all the facilities I needed. So handy to all the amenities. Across the road from Westfield. Awesome shopping here .plus so many choices of food within walking distance. Stayed here for 10 nights. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the staff .

Fabulous staff, friendly and functional. The rooms were great, nice and big with premium channels and comfortable beds. Ask for a harbour view and you can see the Sydney Harbour Bridge. I recommend rooms 1908 or 1902.

Fabulous room with great views and very spacious. Boys loved staying there, they didn't want to leave. Room was very comfortable for a family of 4. Definitely would stay there again.

You cant get a location better than the Sebel where everything is within less than 5 minutes walking distance from Chatswood train station, bus, multiple malls, eateries and on Thursday, there's are food stalls and all kinds of specialty vendors along the pedastrian walkway. There's so many shops and restaurants just within the doorsteps of Sebel with Mandarin Center to it's right and the humungous Westfield Shopping mall right across. The Sebel has service apartment that caters to family which is ideal.
