Silkari Suites at Chatswood

Great location close to the Chatswood station, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious, well equipped and well cleaned by the staff whenever requested. Fresh coffee is available in the mornings. Would definitely recommend it if looking for a budget stay in Sydney.

Great location. The apartment is very clean and convenient to anywhere, great shopping center Westfield within a minutes of walking.
There is the free coffee machine in the morning for all the guest. Asking the babycino for my daughter and they said NO . Disappointed.

Loved th level 2 studio apartment. Quiet, just around the corner to 100+ Asian food outlets.
Parking is a little of a hassle but the lift takes you right to your room level.
People that rate these apartments low are hard to please.

Located in Chatswood, a couple minutes walk to the public transport hub, mall and restaurants.

Between 7:30 and 9:30 Nice and free coffee at the lobby served by a very friendly grandpa.
Better value than a similar airbnb in downtown

Wow, what a hidden gem! Had never heard of suites before. Rooms were well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms were great. Easy walk to Chatswood train station. Major shopping centre across the street. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Why stay in heart of Sydney?

Absolutely spotless. Fantastic Executive 2 Bedroom Apartment, wasnt expecting to have 2 bathrooms as well so a nice surprise. Modern and very spacious. Location only 10 minutes or so from Circular Quay. Plently of cafes and restaurants and shopping centres and the train station at your doorstep Would definetely stay here again

Fantastic suites. Lots of room for 2 to 3 adults. Extremely seldom contained. Mostly quiet except for early morning trucks on week days if you are sleeping in the living room. Beds are so comfortable. Only negative was: ordered 2 singles for adult son and myself. I got the king bed and he had to sleep on a single roll out bed. I would definitely recommend Silkari Suites.

great location, front desk staff are friendly and helpful. housekeeping seemed a bit unpredictable and sporadic. rooms are well equipped. not exactly kid friendly (in terms of room layout and design - 1 year old kept running into open kitchen to fiddle with microwave, oven, dishwasher & managed to get through the chairs we used as impromptu barricades) but can do in a pinch.

The room was great and bed was so comfy! And the location is incredible. There are two big shopping centres on either side of the hotel, as well as many shops along the street. I loved the convenience of everything. Staff was also lovely and helpful.

Have stayed here a couple of times and always great. Rooms always spotless and have plenty of space, front reception is very helpful and friendly and such a convenient location so close to the metro & trains, as well as Chatswood.

Great hotel at a convenient location. Was pleasantly surprised that it looked better in person. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Service staff have also been more than helpful assisting me with finding the washing machine that I missed and with my in room AC. I can be difficult sometimes with my overnight stays so I really appreciated the reception solving all my small issues quickly.

Unbeatable location just on the Concourse. 50 metres from Chatswood Chase, 100m from Westfield. And 200m from Chatswood station. We stayed at a two bedroom with balcony for $400 a night which I’m quite happy coz the hotel is quite new. You can get coffee every morning from the coffee cart in the lobby which is a bonus . A few receptionists I’ve encountered with over the 3 nights the Asian staff and a blond boy were professional helpful and genuine, an older staff I think she’s blonde? she was lazy and always hid in the back and only comes out when she hears something. Another female staff with dark long hair spoke very fast with no smile seemed to not want to help and wanted to finish every conversation very quickly.

Comfortable, clean, and modern room. Small but had everything required, and good for a short visit. Good central location to a lot of different food venues. Staff were polite and helpful, and our midnight check in didn't cause any issues. Entrance to hotel was blocked by barrier during school hours which meant driving around the other way. Parking location was a little confusing. Would use again if we're in the area.

Great location as you can walk to services of all sorts. Amazing rooms. Great 24hour concierge help. Just need yo update the ironing boards! Excellent value.

Excellent location in the heart of Chatswood. Next to Chatswood Chase and close to Westfield and lots of choices in terms of food and drink options.
Lovely staff and very spacious room.

Have stayed here twice while visiting family. They could only give me one door key as the machine wasn't working. This was a minor issue, but the lovely team gave me this bag of chocolates plus beautiful luggage tag to make up for it!

Great rooms...perfect location in chastwood..

Great hospitality and proximity to shopping malls. Clean and staff are kind. You can get complimentary coffee every morning, which is really tasty.
