The employees are extremely helpful. They have gone wayyy above and beyond for me and my partner. Giving professional advice and opinions about products. Helped me and my partner get everything we needed to look after our two new kittens! The young lady that works there is super personable and down to earth. Plus her dog fifi is happy to walk around with you and help you shop!

Wow, what a great, what I believe is an independent, pet supplies store. Very clean and organised and the young lady was on top of things. Asked a question, put some requirements around it and "Boom!" There she is with a recommendation.

Unfortunately I am from the other side of town, but yiu would have won a new regular with me.

Only stopped in to use the Dog Wash. The tub was clean. It accepted coins and notes, $10 for 10 minutes and was super easy to use. Car park was clean, puppies were cute. Highly recommended.

They were great but the stuff they recommended for the cats fleas did not work at all. It was a waste of our money.

Called to enquire about a specific dog kibble. Staff were very helpful and pleasant on the phone. Went in store the following day and food was available as well as a wide variety of other options. I ended up purchasing an automatic kitty litter for my cat also, the staff were knowledgeable about their products and very helpful in every way. I will definitely be back and would recommend the store for your pet needs

I very quickly (and in a bit of a rush) stopped in for a harness and some other things for my puppy. The staff were approachable, knowledgeable and happy to help!

The best place ever, nice and chilled and make you feel at ease... they clip our boys nails and he is a hard one to have his nails clipped... the best place ever to go for products and help with advice... wont go anywhere else unless they sell then i will find where they go.... good prices awesome service..
