I've been in quite a few times over the last couple of months. Honestly I avoided this location because of all the bad reviews. But I have found them to be good. Excellent for click and collect and have really good stock levels. The one time I put a script in the chemist was quick to tell me my Dr had got the script wrong. I'd probably only been there 3 minutes. She even offered to hold the right one for me until I got it sorted. So yeah, so far so good!

Store Assistant Maddie was very helpful,polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She was very patient with my long list of requirements. Will definitely visit the place again.

Just had one of the best retail return/refund experiences I’ve ever had. Walked into the store after buying a range of skin care products over 2 purchases which I had a severe allergic reaction to. I was served by Mishaela (hopefully spelt her name correctly as it’s an unusual one) and was greeted by her can do/drop everything and assist me attitude, even though it was a busy time at the register. She went to great lengths to assist me and pulled up the purchases on the register in a matter of minutes and I had a full refund within 15 minutes and without any issue. Absolutely outstanding service. 5 stars to Mishaela 🙏

Maddie from the cosmetics department was so wonderful and helpful she had a lot of knowledge on all of the products and helped me get the look I needed for my friends Indian wedding. Amazing customer service!

I’ve been a customer of this store for more than five years now, I cannot speak more highly of the owner, managers, and pharmacists.

I always receive professional service and advice I trust with 100% confidence, every time I visit this outlet.

many times over the years while waiting for scripts at the back counter / dispensary, I’ve witness countless entitled “customers” argue rudely and aggressively with pharmacist over issues that clearly highlight their own lack understanding, while obviously forgetting the pharmacist have the degree in the field, not you Ken or Karen!

Personally, I find this type of behaviour embarrassing and annoying and I feel genuinely sorry for all staff at my favourite Chemist in the Valley 😅Hats off to you all team.

I notice a few other reviews name names, I find it hard to believe the retail manager being rude to customers or staff, all my experiences have been more than pleasant.

The lady in the fragrance section was so lovely and helpful! She was really patient and helped me find the right one for my husband. Thank you!

Every time I have come to this Chemist Warehouse in Fortitude Valley I have been so happy with the service provided. The staff are always quick to help and know exactly where to go for any product. They give great advise from simple product information to more complex healthcare recommendations and suggestions from the chemist rep behind the counter. I will keep coming here in the future because they more than meet my needs and provide the best service. Definite double thumbs up!

Chemist warehouse fortitude valley has the amazing staff. A pharmacist helped me a lot while I had terrible wisdom tooth extraction pain and complications. He offered to call my dentist And advice him not to stop metrogyl as I had really bad infection. The service girls are always happy and provide great customer service. I was given a free towel to make my night better in that worst time of my life.

Was hangin for sum vals and these dogs knocked me, ended up getting em at my regular that day in the end so its all sweet now, but loke OMG i was about to fully loose it brah. 5stars cos they charge loteraly 5.80 for everything. Best chemist even unless you want 300 valls in les than a month forget em.

Chemist Warehouse the Valley is jammed packed with stock! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have some great prices too so you are bound to get that fragrance, gift or plenty of other items for way cheaper than most other places!

I came here when RATS were a hot commodity and the service was fantastic. even though there was a massive line they got through everyone so quickly.
