I personally have had bad experiences and Dentist's give me anxiety. I had to see a dentist and was referred to 1300Smiles. All I can say is Michael is amazing, makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed I didn't even feel like I was at the dentistn. So decided to take my son's there, Mr Patel.... is so funny with my son's, has me laughing and is so honest and upfront about everything. Wouldn't go any where else, and the receptionist are always friendly.

Michael is a great dentist and so friendly. Hes done great work on my teeth and he is wonderful with kids also. He has made my daughter (toddler) feel so comfortable going to the dentist for the first time. We have been back a few times since her first visit and he really goes the extra mile to ease her into her visits, even making a balloon animal for her after her check ups.

Awesome staff and excellent dentist. Went to these guys for a tooth infection and Dr Micheal fixed it all up for me i am now pain free after being in pain for over 8 weeks Dr Micheal is really kind and gentle and very very good at his job. As I'm sure all the rest of the dentist there would be too. I will be sending my whole family there from now on. Highly recommend.

I was so nervous to go into the dentist as I get nervous and feel sick in my stomach, but I got confidence and went in there. It was amazing! All of the man and ladies in there are incredible!

Both the dental assistant and dentist that my daughter had were great ! I did not know how they were going to see into my toddlers mouth but they managed and made it a pleasant experience for her and gave me heaps of helpful information. They know how important it is to make visiting a dentist non traumatic for kids.. and went above and beyond to make it fun.

Michael is a fantastic dentist. Always so professional, makes you feel comfortable and does a great job. He was also so great with my daughters very first dentist visit so I’m very thankful.

Dr Lauren and her assistant were fantastic - informative and caring. They made sure that I was comfortable and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The reception staff were warm and attentive. A great experience overall.

Micheal was fantastic with the kids, explained everything to them before he done anything and involved the siblings in watching each other, they are excited to go back and see him again. Information provided about the children’s dental care was thorough and easy to understand. Would highly recommend.

I have gone here for a few years now and in that time I have always had a pleasant experience! Whether it be with the front desk or one of their dentists. They are always on time and polite (considering I never am), they have occupied my kids when both my toddler and my baby decided to have meltdowns when walking into the dental room, been quick and thorough at each check up and have always been courteous and respectful when calling to follow up with appointments down the track, considering it can take me years in between visits.

Havnt been to a dentist for 15 years, until recently when an existing crown fell out, as I 71 years old I had a lot of apprehension about visiting a dentist. Well over the last 2 months and 4 visits later I have once again a nice toothy smile.i cannot fault the service from the staff or Dr Michael, at 1300 smiles, I even booked a forward appointment in 6 months time. Thanks too all staff.

I am the most anxious dentist goer (or not goer). I have had so many traumatising experiences that I just avoided the dentist all together. However Recently, I had a work accident and had no choice but to visit the dentist.
Dr Michael and His staff were unbelievable, from the very first contact they could see how anxious I was and made me feel confident and comfortable, although still a little sceptical. But having to revisit and have several teeth removed, I am happy to say that my opinion has greatly changed. They made me feel like I can continue to go back for regular check ups and treatment when necessary. Their procedures are top notch. Their aftercare is very caring and informative and I would highly recommend a visit to this practise. What felt so overwhelming and terrifying, ended up being a very positive experience. I thank you so much for everything.

They are always amazing at 1300SMILES every time we go. I took my kids for their annual checkup and clean last week and the dentist went above and beyond to make it a good experience for the kids. My son gets very anxious, and was worried about seeing the dentist. Well the Dentist was very caring and took the time to talk through everything with my son, he was calm and because of his amazing nature my son was able to get through the whole thing without an issue. I cannot praise him enough.
Just wanted to give an Update to say we have seen Dr Michael Demetriv (sp?) Multiple times now and my children adore him. Won't go anywhere else.

If you're scared of going to the dentist, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Michael Dimitrov at 1300 Smiles. As soon as I walked into the clinic, my nerves were instantly at ease with Michael. Michael explains the procedure with you and is very gentle and calming in his approach. He's such a professional, friendly and down to earth dentist and I could not recommend him anymore. I won't visit anyone else but Michael. Thanks so much Dr Mick!!

I wish i could give more than 5 stars. Dr Michael is absolutely amazing on all of my families teeth. It is an absolute pleasure to walk into their dentist, always a friendly face to welcome you and takes the best care of everyone. My kids have gone from being scared of dentists to fighting to get into the chair to have their appointment.

I am so grateful for the kind, caring way my dentist and everyone at 1800Smiles Gladstone treated me. They went above and beyond to ensure everything I needed was completed and were considerate about my anxiety, communicating clearly and giving lots of options. For the first time ever, I’m looking forward to my next check up!
