Golden Ponds Chinese Restaurant

Staying at a motel, called an uber eats for Chinese. Omg it was the best I have had ! All tasty loved it and will definitely order again. Ps we are fussy eaters but this was so good my 5 year old had 3 plates he eats nothing lol enjoy not sure why there is bad reviews the must nit have good tast buds lol

Great food and ambience. In spite of the bad reviews we tried out and were delighted we did. The Hot and Sour soup and the Sweet Corn Chicken Soup was amazingly delicious. We tried the chicken fried rice along with the spicy chicken and I can only say I will be going again for more. I also did a takeaway for the kids at home and they loved it as well. Even though the place was understaffed , the lady at the counter was managing very well. Definitely worth a dine in.

Would definitely recommend for a family dinner, very good customer service and polite staff members. Food was perfect and would suggest the honey chicken for a sweet but tasty and flavourful dish.

Love this place! We order takeaway once a week and have never had any issues. Food is always hot, tasty and delicious. Portions are huge!

Not sure why the bad reviews. We have been ordering from this restaurant for years and as a Chinese descendant myself, i have been very satisfied with the quality of food we have received from here. Keep Supporting your locals and understand that behind every business face there are people hustling hard to make ends meet.

Could not be happier with the Service, Price OR food! The service was great, very respectful, the price good reasonable for the amount of food you get and the food was the amazing! Even the delivery was done in a timely manner and was a very pleasant staff member who delivered. The personal touch of a few crackers being thrown in is exactly the type of customer service you could hope for! i have never left such a pleasant review before. 10/10 would recommend - keep it up. we will be back!

i have been ubering from this restaurant since covid and have always enjoyed their cooking. i love their honey chicken, garlic chicken and chicken chow mein. totally recommend this restaurant and do not understand why they are so lowly rated.

I always love coming here for the food and service, as takeaways come out quickly. The waiters at the front also check every takeaway and delivery order before being given to customer or delivery driver.
I've only dined in once but food came out on time, and all at once instead of one by one.
All in all, wonderful service, same as their shop in Kellyville as I've reviewed before, and I will definitely be coming back.

Been twice now, about a year apart. The restaurant is clean, service is good and food is good quality. Prices are higher than my local but worth paying.

The staff made sure we were comfortable. Both times has been during mid afternoon so not a lot of people to compete with.

Appeared to have a steady stream of take away orders while we were present. Worth a go.

I grew up near Cabramatta so I know good Asian food when I eat it. This is the best Chinese food in the area. Consistently 5 stars for food quality. You pay a little more but in my opinion this is the best Chinese food in the hills. Highly recommend honey chicken, satay beef.

We happen to be in the ponds area on 18 Feb and were craving for Chinese food at 10pm. Accidentally stumbled upon this hidden gem.

This is the Chinese place you should try if you would like extraordinary customer services and freshly prepared tasty food.

Came back today 20 feb.from Northshore just to have dinner.

Lady taking care of the patrons is extremely courteous and genuinely willing to pro ide best food and service.

Kudos to golden pond restraunt.

Went through a fair few bad restaurants in the surounding area before finally finding this gem. Food matched the quality I used to enjoy. Had half dozen times now and consistently good food and service. Don't understand why other bad reviews as have had nothing but quality.

Food is great...loved the pepper steak. Service is warm and freindly and made sure to check in multiple times. Great spot too. Right across from the bottle-o so byo is a breeze! Will go again.
