The prices are reasonable. The veggies are fresh and you can also get Indian veggies and pulses(dal). 5 star for the customer service coz I forgot to pick my grocery bag after paying and yet the next day they gave my grocery which I forgot to collect.

I bought this pomelo yesterday. The whole pulp lost its moisture and it was a very bad experience.

Got a white turnip, but the staff tried to charge me the price of a more expensive Korean turnip.

They checked with another staff and they insisted that it was a Korean turnip and then gave me a very suspicious look. Seriously, all your Korean turnips are without the green leaves on the top which is different from the one I got. And I picked it from the white turnip section. Even if some of your staff mistakenly put it there, you shouldn’t treat your customers in this way. Never go back.

Bought a box of cherries and realised that almost half were inedible and mushy. Brought them back to the store the next day and was informed that a refund was not possible. The box of cherries was then left at the store for disposal, but within minutes the store employee had placed the item back on the rack for sale - when enquired he said someone else would buy it (even though no refund was given and the cherries were spoilt). Unethical shop to avoid.

Bought 1 pack of zucchini for 1kg, over half is rotten and mouldy, that’s bit too much!
