BIG4 St Helens Holiday Park

We stayed in the MTB bunkhouse accommodation. Great value. Funky shipping containers. Modern, clean, tidy, great native gardens, fire pit, great well equipped kitchen and outdoor eating area. Pizza oven that is wood fired. Wood provided for both fire pit and wood fired pizza oven.

A bit daunted when I found out we were in a bunkhouse container. Should not have worried. Aircon great, beds good. Bathroom facilities very close and clean. Overall excellent.

I cant rate this park highly enough. It’s no surprise it has won awards recently. The ladies in reception are all so lovely and welcoming and the park amenities are well maintained and clean.

Perfect location for walking into town and great little foreshore bike ride too. Looking forward to our next stay VERY soon. Great job to the team at Big4 St Helens

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and more than happy to accommodate.
Grounds and amenities were tidy and clean and well maintained.
We would definitely go back and stay again and would recommend it to others.

One of the very best caravan parks we stayed in while touring Tasmania. We had a luxury en-suite powered site with a private fire pit. Everything about this caravan park is excellent from time of visit to departure. Managers and caretakers are superb very friendly, helpfull and courteous. It's definitely worth the few extra dollars per night.

A big THANK YOU to Lily and team for your honesty and help last week when my friend left behind their cash and medicine upon checking out. Also the flexibility to allow another friend to change to cabin from their glamping tents booked. Your excellence customer service definitely lock us in at your campsite every time we visit St Helen. Will be back again soon!

Camped here in a non powered site over Christmas. Great park in a great location, with easy access to St Helens and the coastline. Note to other campers, the park is on a hill and not flat.

Our accomodation exceeded expectations. The facilities were well organised, clean and tidy.
Booking was seamless and the reception staff Lily and Emily are a true testament to the fantastic quality of the Big 4's team. Myself and my travel buddy would recommend this place to any lone adventurer or a travelling family. Thanks a bunch :)

Well after visiting and using the glamping accommodation with a group of mates, the Mrs spotted the pics and demanded we go on holidays there, as per my 1st visit, absolutely awesome, Mrs enjoyed and was comfortable, whipped up a platter and enjoyed around the fire , thanks for the great stay.

Despite a rainy Easter it was packed. They have a 9pm curfew for sound and people stuck to it really well. Despite how full it was the staff were helpful and thew an Easter egg hunt in the Sunday for the kids. Donation for a pancake breakfast on the Sunday was also a great addition.

Pets were allowed
Bikes and scooters are allowed

Came to St Helens for a business meeting. Perfect cabin, lovely and inviting management team.
Could not be happier with the accommodation, unfortunately I am only here for 2 nights, but 150% shall return.

Excellent facilities in the camp kitchen, especially loved the wood fired pizza oven. Great park for kids, campsite was great, cabins were fantastic. Toilet block was clean but needs a tiny revamp. Staff were excellent also. Deff 10/10 spot to stay.

Had an amazing weekend trip! St Helen's Holiday Park has everything me and my partner needed in the cabin. Room was clean and tidy. Very close to town and to biking areas. Both of us love to prepare our meals so we enjoyed that the kitchen was complete! Bed was comfy. Everything was working. Recommended!

This has been the best park by far we have stayed in during our 8ths on the road.
Booked for 5 nights on a grassed powered site.
Ended up staying an additional five nights due to the weather on an evergreen site.
GREAT Camp kitchen, we spent A LOT of time in there out of the cold. Has all the cooking facilities & utensils you need with a added bonus of a wood fire.
Showers were hot and not timed.
There is a lot going on in the park, the grounds people never stopped.
The whole park inside & out is clean, modern with friendly accommodating staff.
Highly recommend.

Very accommodating, Kate was wonderful and all the other staff were lovely also. Lovely cabins and grounds, wish there was a playground more suited to toddlers as the playroom didn't have much for the young age group but all facilities were lovely nonetheless. Plan to return soon!

Great place to stay, had the kids and other family member with us. Plenty of things to do for the kids. Great amenities clean tidy, friendly staff. Free showers, pizza oven was a ripper Highly recommend.

Very nice park, with good facilities and a great location; walking distance to the town centre.
