Anyways it's been a month now since I've used King storage browns Plains and no amount of words or gratitude can express how much of an awesome experience and support Tenille gave us on the day we moved in. Awesome and great customer service and always with a smile and no problems attitude. We even brought the trailer back like really late and way past her finish time but yet she didn't show any anger but just smiles and an amazing attitude that just made my day. I had a storage container here for 3 years and the service I received from Gwen and Tenielle was incredible! The ladies are always super helpful with anything you need and payments. I will definitely go back if I ever need a storage unit again!

I hired a storage at browns plains for a while and I never had any troubles. Thanks to Tennille for helping us find the best storage unit for our stuff until we moved into our house. it was a very simple process to organise the storage for us and she made it super easy and was very proffesional, and good for a laugh at the same time, which made for a great experience. I forgot some of my stuff at the storage on the day we were leaving and they kept it safe for us more than two weeks until we came back to pick it up. Thank you tennille and Gwen for today. cheers.

Even though we had a little hiccup gaining access the first time the staff in particular Tennille went out of their way to help us. The staff have been welcoming and friendly throughout the whole process. The facility is always clean, well lit and easy to access.

The ladies at storage king have the best accommodating customer service I have come across. Thank you ladies for having the most loveliest positive energy.

We first made contact with Storage King Browns Plains by email from the UK, regarding our imminient (but not yet definite) move to Australia. Right from the outset, Paul and Tameike were of amazing assistance. No question was too silly and replies to all my emails were extremely prompt. We finally set a date to move and the contents of our 2 bedroom house was shipped over. We couldn't advise a definite date of arrival of our goods, yet this was not a problem. Once it did arrive, things moved swiftly and without much effort on our part. We then stored our belongings for four months, during which time any dealings we had with Storage King was outstanding. Paul dealt with all my emails and requests immediately - nothing seemed to be too difficult. I am very pleased we chose Storage King Browns Plains and I would very happily recommend Paul and his team.
