Very nice noodle dishes. Plenty of rice noodles and egg noodles dishes to choose from. The Nam Vang rice noodle is especially nice. The pork tripe isn't smelly like other restaurants. The rice dishes are also tasty.

Delicious hu tieu and crispy skin chicken with tomato rice. Normally not fuss with tomato rice but this was super tasty.

Popular for people in the know. Small selection, authentic. Prawn, pork mince and pork ovals noodle either dry or wet with selection of diff noodles. Alternatively there is the grilled pork chops with rice. The staffs are not exactly friendly but certainly effective and quick. Free public parking at the back of the building. The fried pork dumpling is slightly disappointing, they used bicard soda to soften the meat. Cash only.

The best hu tieu noodles in canley heights. Clean broth great serving size. Best Vietnamese ice coffee, fresh beans grinded to order.

It’s 90% of what I’m use too with eating Nam Veng noodles! Everywhere you go it’s different but the way they make it here, I would come back for more
