Thank you to Holly and Leanne at SK Yarrabilba for all their help and support during our move. From the moving boxes to the hiring of their awesome moving van. It really did make the move seem alot less chaotic. We will definitely use them for our next move☺

Leeanne and Holly are simply the BEST! So obliging and totally customer service focused, they go out of their way to help make your move, (the most stressful time ever!) SO EASY…what a delight these lovely ladies are to deal with, a huge credit to Storage King!

Plus…Everything we needed was on hand and our home away from home was secure and safe.

I highly recommend Yarrabilba Storage King. They took so much stress out of a stressful situation. All supplies needed for packing, right there at reception, even having a van to use for my day of moving. Trolleys to unload, clean storage and well secured. Polite and helpful. The Manager at this site is so professional and her Customer Skills are absolutely outstanding, nothing was ever a problem for Holly even though I had to change my dates to move out of my storage shed nearly 5 times. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Appreciate your help so much Holly.

Holly went above and beyond for us today. Absolutely amazing customer service, so extremely friendly and helpful. She offered to make a delivery straight away for us which was just so unexpected and so so appreciated. What an outstanding employee - I vote a pay rise for Holly! Easy process to go through for storage. Holly was very helpful and accomodating my requests as I had originally booked the wrong size room. It was too small for what I needed and found the correct size storage facility to suit my needs.

I recently rented the van and the trailer and have a storage unit in storage king. I dealt with Holly (I believe). The customer service I have received from her has always been fantastic. Every time I rang I needed something she was efficient and helpful. The young lady was always bubbly and happy to help. I found all the prices with all of the services to be completely reasonable and affordable. Storage king are definitely here to help in those hard times. They make moving less stressful.

Really friendly and helpful staff. There was heaps of access around the outdoor storage bays getting my car in and out easy. They were very accommodating and easy to deal with.

Nothing but good things to say about Storage King Yarrabilba, between arrange to move in, our time storing our belongings there and the help we were given when it came to moving out was just truly the best. Holly was absolutely amazing, helping my partner and I with picking the perfect size storage unit and making every step of signing up so easy. She even went above and beyond by helped me move a heavier item in when I was by myself, truly grateful. And when it came to leaving her help was greatly appreciated, by allowed us to use the van and trailer, making the move out so much less stressful. Security was top-notch and very professional and I had no doubt all of our belonging were safe. I would absolutely use Storage King Yarrabilba again and highly recommend Holly with how awesome and helpful she was.

Holly was absolutely incredible during our chaotic house and storage move, we genuinely could not have survived it with our sanity intact if it wasn’t for her help, humour and efficiency. Myself and my partner are beyond grateful for Holly - she is an asset to Storage King!
