I was charged with 2 counts of Common assault and and ADVO was in place against me. I spoke with 10-15 lawyers, each of which had a method of solving the case. One lawyer even suggested that I am lying and suggested to undergo psychiyatric evaluation. Later I figured out thats done to reduce the sentencing. Sam was able to lay bare the glaring inconsistencies in their statements and the Judge dropped both the charges and ADVO without even me uttering a single word. Has it not been Sam this journey would be a lot difficult for me. He is a genuine person and deeply cares about his clients. I thanked him and adam for securing that outcome for me. My experience with LY lawyers parramatta was excellent. They were very empathetic to my high range PCA charge. I was expecting a very harsh penalty but the guidance of lawyer Mr. Saba has really worked out in my favour. I just got out with a minimum fine and just a 10 month suspension against a $3300 fine and 3 years suspension normally. He was very professional, educated and the one I would recommend.

I was given a full time custodial sentence in the Local Court, I immediately contacted Ly Lawyers and Osman Samin got onto my case immediately. He immediately got me appeals bail awaiting my appeal. Well ...
I had my license suspended for 6 months as I was on good behavior period and did one more offence.
But I had a friend who had the same experience and he was able to get his license back after taking Ly services
I have done the same and thanks to Sherleen i have got my charge dismissed and I haven't got even to pay the fine
