Went in looking for a fan. Staff were very helpful and gave hood advice on the range and what would meet our needs. Very happy with what we purchased. We will be back again for the good service with product knowledge 😀 👍

I'm a bit late writing this, as I'm still waiting for the Sparkie for installation, but that doesn't take anything away from the excellent advice and service that I got from Adam. He was extremely knowledgeable, flexible and patient. I couldn't have asked for more, nor recommend him and Beacon more highly. Thank you, Adam.

Great service. Very helpful sales assistants who are knowledgeable about their product. Also helped me carry out items to my car. I had to return an item as it didn’t fit the cutout not a problem with returns. Highly recommend!

My 90 year old father and I were served by Karen, early Saturday morning. We knew what we wanted and she was absolutely fantastic, showing us a good range, opening boxes and being very patient with my darling Dad. We walked out under 30 minutes with exactly what we wanted, a 50% saving and very happy. Great service, great range, easy parking and Karen carried the boxes to the car.

Friendly service. Helped us choose the right lighting for our new place. Very flexible returns policy as it was hard to decide which of the various options looked right. Highly recommend. Just writing more words to reach 200 characters.

Excellent products, competitive pricing and very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Referred me to their electrician who did an outstanding job installing my lights and devices very efficiently time-wise and reasonably cost-wise. First time I've shopped there but i will certainly be back and i have nothing but great reviews for anyone interested and friends/family love the new & now installed lights we purchased from Beacon Lighting Fyshwick. Also the place to go for quality lightbulbs (3 year warranty).

Excellent customer service. Front counter staff member (name starts with P - sorry but can't remember name!) was really knowledgeable and readily made suggestions for other stores when our specific (and very specialised, as it turns out) light bulb wasn't in stock. Gorgeous store layout as well. Will definitely revisit for other lighting needs.

Best service out off allall store the staffs are friendly and extremely informative to all your queries. Was served by Nazia and Sonia amazing behaviour compare to Gungahlin which is a terror you will be insulted by the manager Dell if you go there she has a lot of attitude with customers.
