Specsavers Optometrists - Carnes Hill

I had a fantastic experience at Specsavers in Carnes Hill. Despite the last-minute rush before the December 31st deadline, they accommodated me without an appointment. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making the visit enjoyable. Highly recommended for their excellent service and customer care!

Staff are extremely friendly and display high professionalism. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and was able to see the optometrist right away. Dr Andrew Lam was knowledgable and super patient. He was able to instantly identify the issue with my eye, explain to me the cause and effect, and answer all my questions.

Long overdue for an eye test and new glasses, I decided to give Specsavers Carnes Hill a try after discovering there is a branch near my house.
Couldn't be happier with the service I received! The lovely optometrist did all the testing very thoroughly and presented me with findings on my eye health. All the staff onsite are very attentive and professional, they gave me time to shop around for the right pair and often re-engaged to check if I needed any help.
I have been getting my glasses from Specsavers for the last 6-7 years, their pricing remains very attractive and there are lots of good-looking frames to choose from. Walked away with 2 new pair for $249, very excited for my new glasses.
Overall, Specsavers Carnes Hill is the best branch I've been to so far, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

Took my son in for an eye test to prepare him for kindy next year. He was initially very scared but everyone was so good with him. They explained everything that needed to be done and did it in a way where kids would respond. Wai was so friendly and he instantly felt at ease. There was also another lady at the counter who served us fast and promptly. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to get their eyes checked out.
