Red Cross Shop Neutral Bay

Nice location, beautiful selection of items and reasonably priced, along with prices I have seen on all Red Cross shops regardless of location. Mostly clothing, books and DVDs, some shoes and accessories available too.
Staff was lovely and very attentive.
We found some brand new and in near new condition goodies on the day.

Cleanest op shop I’ve been to so far. And such great stock! There was a lot of good quality stuff in here compared to other options shops. And also had large change rooms with multiple hooks!

Decent prices too. Definitely not as low as salvos but not outrageous.

The staff members here are soooo nice they went above and beyond for me with their service I needed some buttons sown onto my shirt and for no extra charge they sowed it onto my shirt just like that incredible!!!

I have shopped there couple of times. The manager ( lovely young man) was very helpful each time.
Prices are more realistic than other op shops near by.
I only wish that I could find some children's clothing as well.
Will be back again very soon.

Small shop with limited options but staff are friendly and you’ll occasionally find a real gem here. It’s in a great location, right outside the B1 stop, so you can even drop in quickly while you’re waiting for the bus. Would recommend if you’re in the area.

Over priced bric a brac. I donated lots of good china to this store over the years and went in and was horrified with the prices. I donate so others can have the opportunity to repurpose these items at an affordable price. In return the op shop gets a quick turn over too. I don’t expect give away prices but reasonable. My Rosenthal figurine for $285??? Come on…. $100 is fair or $80. The women running this store must think they are working at David Jones where things are brand new and retail prices! Not donating here again. Will take to Salvos neutral bay where prices are realistic.
