Had a quick stop for brunch upon returning to Sydney. Staff were friendly and quick to respond to enquiries. Food was nothing more than a standard cafe lunch, but the coffee was better than we expected. We will surely return if we ever go by this region again.

This tidy little shop was delightful and offered delicious food and drinks. Everybody in the shop was very friendly and warm. I was traveling with my family from the states and we enjoyed a nice latte and sandwiches early lunch. Also bought a cute pink travel mug with I love.

So grateful to have found this little coffee oasis on a long trip where I was unable to venture too far off the highway and what seemed like an endless line of servos and maccas. Nice wide parking bays either side of the highway for those towing large rigs, and the coffee was great, not that watered down coffee flavoured milk which is the hallmark of a lot of highway stops. Will definitely have this one on my radar on my next trip down the highway.

Mathew the new owner was very hospitable. Sad to see Debbie go though. She and her family made it what it is. Great little gem in Willow Tree indeed . I'm sure Mathew will do it justice too. The coffee was just lovely🌳🌻🌸🌷🥀🌳

Been in traffic control for 3 years, gone as far as the highlands and western Plains and the Plains pantry still have THE best bacon & egg roll. Whenever I get the chance I'm straight in there for one, the tomato chutney is addictive and the ladies are always so warm and welcome. I look forward to my next one 🤤

A nice stop on the way to Coonabarabran from Cessnock. Offer was nice especially since I could have oat milk in it. Sausage roll was nice. Service was good especially being the beginning of Easter and they were busy.

We were passing through on a long trip and stopped here for breakfast. What a brilliant cafe/deli. Fantastic. Then we walked the town and met so many locals and shops. I would recommend to all to actually stop for a night in Willow Tree. There is brilliant accommodation or a campground. The locals are fabulous. We stayed about 1 1/2 hours wandering - Thank you for such great hospitality.

The coffee produced here is most refreshing and delicious, and the food is equally succulent. The charmingly-dressed ladies serving us were prompt, efficient, and most pleasant.

Whilst returning from Tamworth last weekend we stopped at Willow Tree and the Plains Pantry! Our socks were knocked off by the cinnamon scroll - omg the sugar hit! So scrumptious, aroma, caramelised to the max we bought one to go as well. They were on the counter and the visual temptation was overwhelming.
Our savoury breakfasts were fresh, the bacon thick cut, was delicious, eggs, mushrooms and SD toast all terrific, coffee another highlight, all whilst sitting outside at a high table watching the world go by on a beautiful Sunday morning. Well done to the staff and owners, what an absolute pleasure. The shop has tons of food and home wares for additional spontaneous and unintentional purchases.

Amazing Pies that were in house baked, fluffy pastry and delicious filling. The owners were nice enough to let us know that freshly baked pies were coming out of the oven. The cakes were all heavenly and home baked too.

I had the most delicious chicken & pesto toastie lunch on the go, at The Plains Pantry yesterday. Their prepared food is delicious, they are knowledgable and helpful, and their range of items for the pantry, perfect gifts for others or treats for oneself!

When I walk into The Plains Pantry, I'm greeted with amazing smells of baking, lovely, wonderful staff and a visual array of products to choose from.

When I walk out, I feel like I've been somewhere really special - uplifted by the experience. This is so important in rural areas when we don't have a huge range of restaurants, shops or 'outings'!

We're also super grateful to The Plains Pantry for stocking our locally grown raw honey and honeycomb. 😀🐝💛

The service from Lara and the team is always wonderful. I do think though that it’s time this café had its own toilets, and would be happy to pay a little extra for that :)

A really nice shop with powerful air-conditioning. You must try the Pie it's now my favourite and I will stop by next time I'm passing through. Also try their cakes, we tried them all and recommend the banana coconut!

Truly excellent coffees this morning on our trip south to Sydney.
This is an very good place to plan for a stop over - our breakfast was very tasty (although I do like eggs with my avo toast and it wasn’t possible).
Highly recommend clean quick service plus a good range of pantry items.
