Quirindi Sunflower Motor Inn

We had a great night here at Quirindi Sunflower Motor Inn when we came to enjoy the Sunflower displays by 5 local farmers. Our room was great, very clean and had all we needed for an enjoyable night. It was quite hot weather wise, so it was nice having air conditioning and a ceiling fan to keep us cool. It was also great being in quiet area with not much traffic noise at all. We would highly recommend people to stay here, thanks Robyn & Joyce :)

Hosts Julian & Tina were very welcoming when we arrived and the complimentary Peroni went down a treat. The room was clean and well appointed with plenty of adjacent off-street parking. Continental in-room breakfast for $10 is good value.
Julian offered to drive us to the Terminus Hotel in town for a very decent pub meal for which we were very grateful.

We had a lovely night in this pleasant motel, had a very relaxing vibe. The rooms had all we needed and the beds were comfy. A beautiful garden well loved with Two gorgeous doggies to play with, and two special pigs! Owners were great super friendly and accommodating all round five stars, will stay there again for sure.

The rooms are really comfortable and the service was impeccable. There's a pretty bbq area to sit an relax in the shade. We will definitely be coming back!!!

The room we booked was very small however the hospitality soon won us over. We stayed 3 nights for a wedding, with friends in other rooms, so needed somewhere to gather. They have a beautiful BBQ area complete with Fire Pit. The host Julian could not have been more generous and hospitable. He lit the fire pit for us and offered refreshments on arrival and again on our last evening delivered beer on ice. The small room became insignificant. Thoroughly recommend a stay here if you are passing by.

So friendly and helpful. Only stayed a night but so comfortable. Silo night show was cleaver. Federal hotel had best pork ribs. All up our stay here was the perfect break from our long drive.

Ours was a last minute booking, a unintended stop on a Friday night when our Nissan LEAF needed a charge after we discovered that the NRMA charger in Scone was not working. We were very pleased to arrive around 7pm and able to relax in our snug and comfortable room which had everything we needed for our short stay. The bed and linen were excellent and would be very happy to stay again next time we are passing through Quirindi. Our host, with new born baby in arms, was most welcoming. The BBQ area particularly inviting.

The Sundlower was a perfect spot for us to stay over Christmas… the location might be a little out of town if you want to be in the center of Qurindi but worked perfectly for us.
The rooms were beautifully clean and seemed recently renovated. The shower was amazing (I like that) and the beds super comfortable.
We only interacted by email and phone but the service was very attentive and we had a number of there were any problems… really recommend this place, we will likely be back again when busy family next time!

Beautiful little motel with clean comfortable rooms. The owner/manager was very friendly and welcoming and the menagerie of lovable pets (two playful dogs and two hungry pet pigs) added to the experience. I would recommend this motel to anyone who asked. 😍

On my second visit Julian was the perfect host again. Hospitality is his second name. Best welcome I’ve ever received at a motel. The Sunflower has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. It’s a perfect place to unwind after a long day on the road.

Nice clean rooms staff very pleasant was further from Tamworth than I realised but it made us explore surrounding areas not just Tamworth

Cheaper to book directly with them instead of wotif

The room was clean, the owner was very accomodating and welcoming. She allowed us to see her pet pigs and they were beautiful! Overall it was the owner who made the stay so pleasant.

Lovely room and lovely people, you would be doing yourself a dis-service if you drove past this Hotel tired.

Lovely room clean with all amenities great beautiful bed , Jules and the two dogs was very welcoming and friendly, will be definitely staying here again next time I'm working up here , highly recommend.

My partner and I stayed over Mother’s Day weekend and it was truly the best accommodation we have stayed at in a very long time! The rooms were absolutely beautiful, it was homey, the outside area was so peaceful and perfect. Jules and Tina were just beautiful also! Greeted us so lovely and we’re so welcoming! We will definitely be back to stay again!

Room was clean and linen smelt great. Beautiful, friendly hosts who made a fire for us to toast marshmallows. Kids loved seeing the pigs and playing ball with the dogs.

Thanks Tina, we were so tired and frazzled when we arrived and you were so nice and welcoming, you'd put our mind at ease when we called, knowing that it wasn't a problem if we arrived late. The room was very clean and neat, the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and shower hot - everything was lovely. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I recently had an unexpectedly pleasant stay at the Sunflower, the experience heightened by Tina and Jules' outstanding warmth and hospitality, and their willingness to assist me in any way they could. The lush garden surrounds, the evening flame BBQ, and the 2 playful motel dogs made for an almost "home-like" experience when returning back to the motel each evening. My room's bed was also unusually comfortable.

Great motel. Spotlessly clean. Hosts Jules & Tina are lovely people. Personality plus. Their pet pigs are amazing. The outdoor BBQ area, and fire pit is a great recreation area for guests to mingle and enjoy. We will definitely stay over again.
