Marcello and his team are beyond incredible and we couldn't have asked for anything more perfect for our wedding day. We decided that amazing food was a priority for our wedding day and we were not disappointed. From initial contact, to the pre-wedding tasting, to the actual wedding, everything was personalised, friendly, delicious and had absolutely everybody talking. We have had multiple guests say that the food was the best that they have ever had at a wedding and they are still all talking about it months later. Marcello is a consummate professional - clearly taking pride in his craft with every dish coming out just as perfect as the ones before, whilst at the same time giving off a relaxed, laidback vibe where nothing was ever too much trouble. The attention to detail is second to none, and he went above and beyond to provide for the bridal party, to make sure we took time out of our day to just sit and eat so we could keep partying through the night. We will be lifelong customers of his (also phenomenal) restaurant i Maccheroni in Woollahra too! Thanks so much Marcello for being a huge part of making our day perfect!!

Mattia was incredible. I had gotten the team to cater for a client Christmas party and everything was just perfect! Everyone loved the food, clients still talking about it weeks afterwards. Mattia was very professional and friendly and also tidy (he used our board room as a kitchen). Nothing was a stress and the food was so fresh and yummy. Would highly recommend!!!

Matteo and Roberto were both the ultimate professionals last night for the 'At home' work Christmas party we had.

For 26 guests the food was super fresh and absolutely delicious. Matteo cooked and prepared some amazing food for us assisted by Roberto who helped dish and serve food and drink for over 3hrs.

We will definitely be using Rustic Kitchen again for our next event and will be telling everyone they should definitely book you for their event.

Marcello and the team are absolutely divine to deal with! What a great team! And I'm still dreaming of the slow cooked beef cheeks with polenta. The food was fresh, plentiful and varied. They catered for many different dietary requirements and had a wonderful high energy all evening. Highly highly recommend Marcello and the team at Rustic Kitchen!

Rustic Kitchen catered a birthday party for us on Fri 6th Jan 2023 and wow, what a great start to a new year! The food was amazing and the service was too! The food and service that the team provided was exceptional. The food was absolutely perfect and the drinks and service was matched perfectly.

The canapes (Ribs, Arancini and Prawns) were great the Ribs were mouth melting. The mains were equally incredible with the Tortellini being the standout.

The wines, beers and spirits were all top notch and no one went wanting.

Marcello and the Rustic Kitchen team catered for our wedding and it was MAGICAL! Such an amazing team with great customer service! So accomodating and willing to work with us when our wedding changed multiple times during 2020. The food on the night was divine and EVERYONE made a point of telling us on the night and for days afterwards. Marcello even made sure I had eaten in between going to say hi to guests - fabulous team, could not recommend them enough!

Thank you so much for the wood-fired pizzas at my event. They were magnificent (hot and cold). The set-up was easy & looked great. Mat & Roberto were wonderful, flexible, professional and really just next level. I could not have asked for more.

Marcello handled our last minute booking to cater for a 50th birthday party beautifully. Nothing was a problem, his canapés were delicious and loved by all our guests as was his freshly made pizza at our home. It was so good that our guests were talking about how good the food was for a few days following our party. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for authentic Italian cuisine at any occasion.

Marcello, Calvin and the team at Rustic Kitchen are amazing. The food was incredible - everyone was blown away with the service and quality of the food - unlike any catering we have ever had. Absolutely delicious and so fresh. They also left the kitchen spotless! I can't wait to book this again for future events.
