Romeos IGA Food Hall Paddington

This is a beautiful, tidy and modern IGA store. The layout though is deceiving. If this is the first time entering the store, you'd first think that it only had a deli and cash registers. However as you walk towards the registers you'd see it leads to the rear of the store to more aisles. The cheese is hidden at the rear - why there and not closer to the deli section, I'm not sure.

Great local underrated cafe with beautifully served Victoria coffee. Easily accessible with parking and great to escape weekend markets rush.

Always well stocked. Prices are on the higher side of things. Dates can be hit or miss so I would recommend always checking them, but always have everything we need. The fresh bakery products they have delivered daily are always great!

Hadn't been before parking was under and a bit pricey. But shopping was great staff fantastic and because I had a big trolley load they helped me to car. Steve your a legion and another young lady a chap in deli. Can't speak highly enough. Highly recommend. If I could would be 10/10.

Stopped by whilst passing by today to checkout this IGA. Front food hall counter looked clean and had a large range of ready to eat items. Huge drink fridge behind it filled with both usual and different beverages. However walking passed the cash registers takes you to an unexpectedly large space filled with all the typical groceries and fresh fruit and veg. They also have an in-house bakery and a good speciality cheese section. Staff were courteous and efficient and the store clean, tidy and thoughtfully laid out. A pleasure to shop here.

Fantastic IGA. Great selection of freshly baked good. Some very nice wines on show. Shame about the lack of pizza bases but I'm sure they will stock up soon because that's the kind of place they are. Until then I'm sure gluten free will be fine.

I Specifically wanted to buy Leaf Earl Gray Tea. IGA Paddington stocked this item. IGA Paddington is a tiny bit more pricy than Woolies in 5 Ways Paddington. It's Great for a "tucked away" t/a Coffee to have on a Clear Day sitting on IGAs Outside Table &Chairs.

So i had been meaning to write this out for a while, so shtay a while & listen.

When i first started using this IGA i asked for a weekly order.

It rarely arrived due to lack of organisation (ordering mainly) at the time & poor stock management.

Needless to say, at the 4th(ish) week in my requested item wasnt there again.

I made my displeasure known as i usually ordered from another IGA & was wasting not only time but fuel with this rigmoroll of bouncing back & forth.

Enter the new & current manager & some new staff & my woes were turned right around.

The issue was addressed by the manager & two to three of the staff that worked on the agreed pickup day.

The store is home to good folk who take a pillar of pride in thier work, & work hard.

They can be busy at times but are always pleasent, so the customer service is there.

If it aint your local in the area, take a look.

The staff are always helpful and the store has a wide variety of foods including an incredible fridge with lots of lovely cheese to choose from.

Actually quite a large store in spite of the photos, there is a much larger back section with all the stock a person would need for a regular shop coupled with extremely reasonable prices, really convenient for people living in 2021.

Perfect place for family. You can find everything you need there. They started to sell alcohol there recently as well.

Probably one of the most expensive IGA's I've ever been too... but nice inside and really well layed out

This shop is a one stop shop for all commodities to ensure easily eating etc.

The deli is well sorted and the cafe as well with outdoor tables. Is closed on Christmas day

Small and convenient shop in a middle of Paddington. I like the assortment and customer service.
