Diana Alpine Lodge

I was apprehensive about my first trip to the snow. Diana Lodge provided the comfort and assistance I needed to make the trip for my son and me memorable and rewarding. I loved the breakfast, which was the perfect portion and over looking the most gorgeous view. The rooms were clean, also had an amazing view (the International Room) and warm. it was lovely to meet the new owners too. Thanks Diana Lodge - we will be back!

Amazing place to stay. Amazing rooms. Really good showers (good water pressure!!). Really friendly staff. A great place to relax at the end of the day, and good breakfast as part of the room. Very family friendly, but I was a single and was also amazing for me. Will probably come back next year!

A last minute decision to have dinner here, ended up being the best part of our Falls Creek holiday. The staff were attentive and welcoming, portions were generous, and the vegetarian options had love put into them, for once I didn't feel like an afterthought. I had the best vegetarian pasta I have ever eaten! My only wish is that I chose to stay here for our whole Falls holiday. Next time I will be booking here!

We went for dinner last night for our friends 30th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! Wonderful friendly service, food was AMAZING, generous portions and more than reasonably priced. They even brought us some complimentary drinks to celebrate our friends birthday. Thank you so much for having us, it was the highlight of our trip. We will definitely be back!

Lisa was a great host! Last minute booking over the long weekend and Lisa was very accommodating throughout the whole process and stay. Facilities are great, room was clean and comfortable and easy access to the mountain. Would highly recommend and would definitely be staying again!

Lisa and Nellie were great hosts and so were Nutmeg and Skye 🐶. We loved every minute of our stay at Diana Lodge. The drying room was absolutely perfect as well. Great layout and size.

Lisa and her team are running an incredible lodge!! The room is simple but everything you need for a great stay and have a super comfy bed!!. The facilities including the drying room and the lounge are awesome and the view you look out to from your room and the dining room are amazing! The lodge is perfectly situated close to 2 chairlifts which get you straight on to the snow and close to a lot of restaurants if you want to eat out in the village. Also, the food In-house is insanely good!! Each meal was made with so much passion and love and was so incredibly delicious. We had the breakfast and dinner included and we felt like we were in a 5 start restaurant!! From homemade crepes to beef cheeks that were falling apart, everything was delicious!! And to top it off, Skye, the lodge Border Collie is the sweetest pup ever!!! We are so glad we stayed at this lodge and would highly recommend to anyone making the trip to Falls!!

Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Great customer service. The room is very cozy and tidy. Two friendly well behaved dogs. The breakfasts are pretty yummy. Definitely come back here again.

Diana Alpine Lodge was a fantastic option to stay at Falls Creek. Has a very family-run feel to it, with exceptional service from all staff. Communication from time of booking through to arrival was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place as an option. Very close to the Gully charilift which makes it very convenient.

We spent 3 days at the Lodge in summer ... and it was fantastic ... thank you, Lisa!

Wonderful location, very clean and spacious, great rooms and fantastic food. The menu is fixed and that's fine when it tastes so good. And Lisa makes great coffee!!

We have stayed a couple of times at Diana Alpine Lodge & will definitely stay again! The staff are all extremely friendly & always go out of their way to help. The location is perfect. Ski in ski out. Walking distance to everywhere. Ski hire across the road as well as fabulous restaurant (& their own food is fantastic).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while on a hiking holiday. Lisa was the perfect hostess. So friendly, helpful and professional. The lodge has a very nice, cosy and inviting atmosphere and is very well appointed. The food was so delicious. Our room was clean, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. I would recommend Diana Alpine lodge to anyone. Thankyou for such an enjoyable stay.

They are all extremely helpful and friendly with excellent location that so close to the carpark and ski lift. Last but not least, the breakfast is exceptional!

I thoroughly recommend Diana Alpine Lodge if you're staying at Falls Creek. The service was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the views were spectacular. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Thanks Lisa and the team; looking forward to staying next year.

This was easily one of the best stays of my life. The lodge has an absolutely incredible vibe. The staff are very friendly and helpful and really do care about your experience. It seems to be a family owned lodge so theres a really homely feel.

A few little things that stood out for me that was above and beyond any other experience I have ever had...

1. They have freshly cooked breakfast for you every morning, not a buffet, literally a freshly cooked brekky made to order.

2. The dinner experience every night is excellent. The food is wholesome and delicious. I call it an experience because they make it so. They have communal tables so random travellers can sit together to enjoy their meals and no two nights are the same. One was a buffet and the other was almost a fiesta style share plate dinner. The chef is an excellent bloke who knows exactly how to chef up a storm for people who have spent the whole day on the mountain.

3. They make sure you get the full experience. I was in the spa one night (which is excellent by the way) and dinner was ready and I lost track of time. Nellie (one of the team) came down to the spa which is at the base of the building to tell me that dinner was ready so I got out and rushed up to get dinner - WHO DOES THAT?!

4. On the last day, the daily special for breakfast was pancakes. My brother and I had already eaten a full brekky but we kept eyeing off the plates of pancakes coming out. Lisa (another one of the owners) just came out with some fresh pancakes and dumped them on our table without us even asking - and they were damn good pancakes.

All the basics were great too, good beds, good bathrooms and nice rooms. The infrared sauna was great and so was the drying room for all your snow gear. The common area to hang out was very cosy and warm and peaceful.

All in all - this was not a stay at a hotel, it felt like you were being hosted in a perfect house by good friends. An 11/10 experience!

We just enjoyed a great weekend at Falls Creek and our stay with Lisa and her team made it even better. Excellent food, lovely clean rooms, plenty of space to relax and easy to get to too. Thank you! Looking forward to coming back for a ride down Flow Town!

Amazing little lodge. We were greated at the door by name, which was a first for me. A really family orientated and friend lodge. The food is amazing and a cultivating experience. The hot tub overlooks the mountain and is perfect after a days skiing. Only downside was the tired but still pleasant rooms

The staff and venue are fantasic, they make everyone feel welcome and give off a family vibe. The room are secure, cosy and warm and come with your own bathroom, kettle, TV etc. It's very close to the major ski and snowboarding locations at falls Creek.

We stayed at Diana Lodge with a group of friends on their recommendation. How lucky we were to have been given that recommendation! Great room and the service was out of this world!!!
