I just want to say, I personally had an amazing experience at this practice. Long story short, I accidentally walked into this clinic thinking I’d made an appointment, but I’d actually made one at another clinic. Nevertheless, I was welcomed and offered an appointment on the spot. I was extremely frazzled as I’d driven almost an hour for my appointment, and I was so annoyed at myself for my mistake, but the reception staff was extremely kind, understanding and accommodating. She made an appointment for me and within, I’d say, 10 minutes I was in with the doctor. Going to the doctor is always anxiety inducing, so having this kind of reception is so important. The doctor I saw was also extremely professional and kind. Thanks you so so much!

Dr. Nashmi is fantastic! I've been seeing him for years for my kids and I and highly recommend! He is a very caring doctor who will investigate any symptoms you have thoroughly and is very knowledgeable on all treatments required.

This centre is definitely one of the better ones in the area as they are usually on time with appointments and the practice is alway clean and welcoming. Recommended.

Easy to make appointments, friendly frontline staff. Opens on Sunday which is very convenient. Doctors are approachable and provide honest opinions and recommendations.

Dr long chau is a friendly doctor and i am happy to keep going with him.

Dr. Kim Tieu Is my go’to! Doesn’t make you feel rushed and he takes the time to listen. Never a bad experience! Since I’ve registered with this surgery Suzy at reception has always stood out with her excellent customer service and professionalism.

Been seeing Dr Chau for over a decade. Fantastic doctor and makes you feel comfortable. I have seen other doctors there as well when he is completely booked and they also are great. Place is well organised starting from the receptionist to the doctors, nurses, physio etc. You don't wait long there for your appointment. The ladies at the front are also great and help out.

I am very happy to deal with this medical clinic. They are very cooperative with patients, especially Dr. Al Hashemi. He is a very respectable person.
