The customer service is great!
I visited their place twice but was not able to select the fridge that will fit in my apartment. They told me that they gonna call me once they got the one I preferred, and they did after two days. They offered me a brand new hisense fridge with the great price savings. What more amazing is they delivered it for FREE on the same day after I confirmed. Shout out to Abdul who is not only doing a great service but a very kind person too. Keep up the good work bro!

Just visited their warehouse and shocked to see that they have plenty of options to select. Really liked the Hiensen 233ltr fridge, It was like the new condition. So neat clean and with all the components. I was more shocked when I knew the price, it was cheap as hell. Normally if you buy this fridge in the showroom the price would be x3. The best thing that made me write this review is their offer of free delivery. Sevenhills to Auburn in 0 cost, everything is good when its free + they also offered me a month guarantee with tax invoice which is so satisfying to buy it from them. The fridge got fixed and is working perfectly. I would suggest this is the best place you can buy a fridge.Thank you Lucky White Goods and Aziz specially.

Great service the guy working sold me a tv on Christmas day and I was able to pickup straight away and he even gave me a nice cold bottle of water before I left because it was so hot. Find them on Facebook Marketplace, cheap prices and excellent customer service and quick response and finalised the deal in real quick time and also had the option for delivery and payment on delivery.

Gave them a buzz in the morning and got the delivery in the evening. Majestic condition and properly cleansed, I had to attach the photos they sent me and got the item in same exact condition and unthinkable during this COVID19 times to get the delivery so quick, but this guy’s did it.

Special mention to the technician (Abdul Aziz) who came in to set the fridge at my place and carried it all the way to the first floor and his humour OMG is out of this world

Excellent service. I bought a 2nd hand fridge from their warehouse in January 2021, shipping was quick and the staff was professional. 3 months after, the fridge seemed to blown out the fuse box at my apartment. Contacted them and get the promised to fix it by the end of the day and they kept their promise. Would highly recommend for their service and competitive price.

It is the service that really sets this place apart and a kindness that is not often encountered in customer service these days.

My partner purchased a fridge from them. They didn't have what he was after but offered many other solutions. Once we found one he liked, the guy took it off the shelf for us to look at and connected it, allowing us to test it to make sure it was in working condition. While walking around looking at other products in the mean time, the guy tracked us down and offered us water and chocolate as it seemed they were having some themselves.

He also offered to bring the mini-fridge to our car even though we said we'd take it ourselves and helped us load it into the Ute.

Didn't get the gentleman's name but props to him. He greeted us promptly and was not pushy at all, also knowledgeable and willing to find out info and offer alternatives.

I purchased a control board for my Fisher & Paykel 517 litres fridge as ours had a fault that interior light failed(night light or reed switch) . The staff were extremely helpful in finding a second hand board . Great service
