Location is fabulous. Right on the beach. Very quiet. Clean facilities however a little dated. Great water pressure for a shower. Pool is lovely & clean, well maintained. Our dog loved it too. Would definately stay again. Thanks Colleen 🤗🤗

Shh don't tell anyone. This small dog friendly park on the beach is definitely worth a visit. In fact we boojed for 2 days and stayed 16. The beach is magnificent and whether you want a walk with your furry friend or other humans it is amazing. The park facilities are a little dated, but very clean. Swimming pool is pristine and has a basic camp kitchen and laundry. Toilets and showers are coded so no one outside of the park residents can access.

Great small old dog friendly caravan park, a few permanents but they had a good vibe to them. The location is what makes it , it's on a dog beach, the spots were big with shade. Midgies are rampant at night and dawn, prep for them or suffer.fairly quite at now and a good sea breeze to cool you down.

We loved our stay here! It was great for the kids with fishing, playing at the beach and a park right at the front of the caravan park, all very positive!
The caretakers were all loverly and the other people were all friendly.
Remember the spray or thermocell because the mozzies and midges were crazy, even though it is still winter! The wind was giving it a go as well but we would definitely recommend staying here to explore the area!

Amazing little gem! The toilets and showers are clean and well kept as well as there are 3 blocks. We basically had a block to ourselves. We are right on the beach with a beautiful concrete slab surrounded by well maintained grass and a big shady tree. They are pet friendly as well. We arrived about 8pm and the owner was more than happy to take us in without a booking. Only charged us $30 for a powered site. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! You have to see It for yourself 🙂

The Bucasia Beach Front Caravan Park backs straight onto the beach giving some nice sunrises, views over the ocean with white sand, palm trees and in the distance tropical islands. These views can be enjoyed while sitting under your Annex with drinks and nibbles in the evening or at any other time. Also has very functional and an abundance of facilities along with friendly staff. Very Dog Friendly.

Nice little caravan park at the beach. Verry friendly owners spacious camp sites with double concrete slabs. Amenities are dated and could use some attention. The showers and taps all work but it just need a touch up.

Stayed here late last year and was quite unimpressed with the staff and cleanliness, but the beach and views were terrific

I booked in again last week and wow, what a difference. The beach surrounds were as I remember but there is new management and its a different place! Well organised, clean and tidy, its just what this place needed... a bit of new blood and enthusiasm. Happy friendly staff to match the scenic surrounds.

What a wonderful place. A lovely relaxing park with the best hosts you could hope to find. Macca and Patty are so welcoming. From the first time I rang to the day we were leaving we couldn't fault their hospitality.
Our dog loved it as much as we did. Casual, relaxing and just beautiful with the beach just a few steps away and a lovely park to walk your dog.
We will be back again, and again, as we are locals. You don't need to travel a long way to find the perfect spot.

We have just spent a 6 week stay at the park and would like to thank Macca and Patty for being great hosts. We had the most enjoyable and fun time there. As well as being a beautiful area to stay we highly recommend this caravan park to all. Looking forward to returning in the future.

It is a calm pet and family friendly flabbergasting little gem, with a beautiful directly accessible beach and only limited capacity. The staff is friendly and willing as well as able to help out where possible. Recommended to stay for a couple of nights and enjoy the wide sandy low tide area as well as dip in the natural small sand pools. Crocs around, but did not see any. Overall recommended, just the bathroom and kitchen amenities need some polishing, i.e. protective screens against mosquitoes / Sandflies and mice defence.

Had a wonderful time. The most friendliest park we have been to to date. Couldnt ask for better hosts who are so kind and friendly including the permanent residents who share their stories and travels with you. Loved the nightly gatherings and so appreciative of dinner night. Thank you Macca and Patty, we loved our stay and will be back time and time again.

This campsite was the best site we visited on our drive from Melbourne to Cairns!

Macca and Patty were most welcoming and a very friendly couple. The loaned us their kayaks for only a small donation to charity, talked to us about their local possums and put on a BBQ for all the guests for free.

We can't recommend you stay here enough.

The owner of very vigilante, I was there to collect something from a friend. She didn't recognise the car as I came in so came to where I was visiting. You can be assured no one is gonna be driving around looking for things to steal.
