Unitrans Supply Chain Solutions.

I recently purchased an item from Freedom and was later advised Unitrans would be the courier delivering my item. I was sent a text to book my preferred day and then received a follow up text the day before confirming my time. I then received a call from the driver on the day advising they were 15 minutes away. The item was delivered in great condition, and the driver was extremely polite. Very impressed with the service received from Unitrans.

I purchased a new sofa from Freedom and the store organised delivery with unitrans.
I received messages with options of delivery date, then received messages to confirm when should I expect to receive it. Comparing to many other couriers, unitrans' delivery window is much shorter. Then we received message and phone call at 1hr and 10mins before the delivery. They guys arrived on time and delivered my sofa carefully, unpacked them and cleaned the package. The entire process is very smooth.

After a bumpy start and multiple attempts to reorganise a Freedom furniture delivery, Brianna managed to sort everything out, organise a new delivery date and was very helpful, patient, polite and reliable. My furniture arrived promptly and with no issues. THANK YOU!! Erica and another young man on the phone were also polite and helpful. Very happy, very grateful. 10/10

Carried a queen mattress and base down narrow, hazardous two storey stairs with ease. Telephoned 30 minutes before delivery and on arrival. Great service. Thank you.

Great staff, friendly and helpful... as a customer of Freedom Furniture it's a little confusing though. It's a huge complex, and not immediately obvious where to go. A map on Freedom's website and maybe a banner would help enormously.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here. I’d like to post a positive one. Our lounge was dropped off without and issue and everything was communicated well.

The delivery drivers were friendly, and when our package didn’t fit in the elevator were happy to carry up the stairs. Thanks guys.
