Have been going to this place for a few years now and I think it’s just great! The staff are always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable in their products. Quite a contrast to some of the larger pet stores where the staff have no idea about anything.

Also they have the best kitty litter prices you can find anywhere! Good variety of products and everything you need, they have. And fantastic staff!

The prices are pretty good. Better than any other pet stores/warehouses I've been to so far. There are cheaper online options but the specific cat food I was looking for was on sale, so I got it for a very good deal. It's worth it to drop by and see if anything you need is on promotion.
I couldn't find one type of food, which turned out to be because it's a prescription food, and one of the staff there kindly gave me directions on where I could get it. She was most kind and helpful.
Signing up as a member can also give you further discounts, and a 10+1 deal on Hills food (not sure if specifically only on Hills brands).
