Watch before you come here, people are heartless.
This morning I came into the bank with someone for them to withdraw money. Upon doing so the banker Nick refused to acknowledge me and asked the person I was with to tell me to stand to the side rather direct the question politely to me, which I would have complied. I immediately told him I'm a human with rights to respect and that I should've been directed the question to move while security of account info questions are noted. I told him I don't accept his meaningless "I'm sorry" and wanted to tell the manager this of which Matthew the manager came out. He was extremely rude and told me I have no right to tell the banker I don't accept his meaningless apology and stood in front of him. I was looking for a moment of empathy, compassion in a growing heartless world where I've seriously thought of ending my life. To be treated like this and then told I have no rights made it worse. Worse still when I tried reporting it to heritage phone line the nasty woman was more heartless and cruel. She continued to count the amount of time I supposedly "interrupted her" when I was telling her what I experienced and went on about how I'm disrespecting her? How is me trying to tell my story disrespectful. Before she even went on like this i made it very clear I want having a go at her which is when she turns around and got nasty. What turns something from I'm not having a go at you I'm just telling you how I feel to "you want to talk about respect you've interrupted me 23456 7 times" counting each Time I couldn't hear her. Of course I am disgusted more I literally just told her before she took offense not to because I'm not having a go.

This is disgusting and I only requested an apology with recognition for every future customer that they might not be doing well and to respect.
