Knock down rebuild of duplex in Denistone NSW. As this was our first build, we spent a lot of time speaking and researching builders. When we met with James, we felt at ease from the very first visit.
James is the most honest, calm, easy going, and accommodating person.
I am very fussy and would a times change my mind and never was it a problem with James. No issue was too big or small.

My experience with Amescorp for building the granny flat at my property has been great thus far. They have been real quick and all tasks were lined up appropriately. All the workers we've had so far have been professional and good to deal with. Dealings with the owner James have been good right from contract to construction. He listens and addresses any issues. The team at Amescorp was a pleasure to deal with from drafting plans through to hand over. The site team was a pleasure to deal with and always happy to help where they could. Its hard to find a builder who is happy to help and add things here and there and not keep their had out asking for variations. They kept me informed along the whole process from start to finish which kept our minds at ease. I got two granny flats built by Amescorp this year. I choose Amescorp for the quality and value and they met the expectation on both fronts. However what amazed me was their responsiveness and care for clients. The build was done in the midst of lockdown which did impact the timeline by a few weeks but they kept me informed at every stage on the progress.

We recently built the granny flat with AMESCORP. The experience with them is great from the start until we finished. They are quick and accurate at what they were doing. Ours is a sloppy site, still never had an issue and finished on time. Ricky, James, Veronica and Christina- they make a great team in getting things done. Well, I must first thank James for his politeness and hospitality not only in the first instance when we met him, but right through the project. This man has very good patience . We got quoted on this project (Granny Flat) and the sail was very smooth till the end.
Not to mention Richard the project manager was also very cooperative. He answered all calls and returned all calls. Thanks Richard.
We were provided with excellent service from his staff members Veronica and Christina.
On the flip side, they could have alerted the customer on some variation clauses much earlier.
However the project was completed on time with less pressure.
Good on you guys!!! A very big thank you.
A suggestion - When you handover the keys, please provide an Amescorp key chain - not all your customers play golf. :) ha ha!!!!
The highlight is even after completion and handover they followed up on some minor issues and fixed them.
