Our dryer rack arrived with a missing rubber foot protector. Tara was very courteous and promptly sent us two spares. Service and communication with Tara and the company has been great and we'd gladly purchase from them again.

First ordered online - postage took a while so i stopped in 1 day and that was a bad move. Tad expensive (compared to similar items at cheaper/larger companies EG Kmart) but a huge variety
