Absolutely sensational staff and service. I always get a lovely hello and assistance, this store set out seems to go on & on with eye temptations everywhere, fantastic displays and assorted accessories for everyone. Thankyou so much for the experience and I’ll definitely be back again soon.

Had to pop into the store to get warranty sorted on an appliance purchase online and Bec was absolutely sensational, could not have been more polite and helpful, walked me through the entire process and was able to find my receipt/details. Completely pain free process!

After searching high and low for an item that is in short supply, I phoned the Melville outlet of Kitchen Warehouse in WA. Not only did they have the item in stock, they were super nice, extremely helpful and went out of their way to facilitate the phone purchase and delivery to me across the country. Kudos to Fran and Geoff who orchestrated this and provided outstanding customer service. The parcel arrived intact and I'm overwhelmed by their willingness to help me. Thankyou 😀

A pleasure! Even on a day as mad as boxing day staff are quick to attend customers and were very helpful. The lady at the checkout seemed quite happy and provided excellent customer service. Despite being a bit more expensive than other shops it is this service that makes me come back time and time again.

Have purchased products in store and organised click and collect here. Products are of good quality and are well-priced, but most importantly the customer service is fantastic. They're usually pretty busy but once it's your turn in line they do a wonderful job of helping you out. They really know their stuff and want to make sure you're happy with the products you purchase. We received some whetstones as a wedding gift and when we opened the box the stones were broken. We took them back to the store and without question, they staff immediately replaced them. They were super helpful and extremely friendly.

Since we moved to East Fremantle 20 years ago, Kitchen Warehouse has become my first choice for anything I need for the kitchen - and even for presents for friends, at Christmas time, birthdays etc.
The range of goods is enormous, the staff are very helpful, I've always been able to find a carpark almost right outside the front door.
And if you're thinking of coming back for more - of COURSE you are! - make sure you become a "Kitchen Warehouse" club member, to share in the discounts your membership will give you!
Recently, the entire store has been upgraded and modernised.
And of course new items added.
During my latest visit, I was able to buy a unit to display both the temperature inside the house and the temperature outside (using a remote that came with the package). Very interesting - when other people might choose to flick on the air conditioner or a heater, I can now see that my house is generally at least 5 degrees warmer inside than outside, on cold nights! Wonderful invention! Especially now that we're being persuaded to put more effort into fighting climate change!

Ordered a kitchenaid stand mixer online. Pick up was easy, and the reason I chose this store over others for collection is because it's not inside a shopping centre and I could park close to the door. Staff were friendly and the transaction was quick and easy.

Went in there just to have a browse as my wife was taking her sweet time as always. Ended up being assisted by Silvana and walking out spending a fortune. I don’t know what I’m going to do with 6 sauce bowls but I couldn’t resist. Thanks again!

Excellent service, the Manager, I guess, took a lot of time to go through explaining me advantages and features of an appliance in particular. Very knowledgeable and honest. That's what made me make my mind of getting it right there.
