After years of supporting this business the owner has decided to cancel the order of over $500 that I have made due to “ me being disrespectful “ after waiting for a month after it was meant to be ready because she went on vacation then suggesting we just go somewhere else when we had already placed the order. All that we had said was we needed the order ASAP. In total terrible customer service, I don’t recommend going to this business

Placed an order that was meant to be ready Xmas, it was not ready so I gave her a chance between Xmas and new year still nothing
After new year received message saying she is back to work, 2 weeks later I messaged she said, oh I’m on holiday and then on 22 jan asking for 50 % deposit or cancellation of my order, I offered a deposit back in December she said no
This Business can not be trusted, I spent every single cent in the past few years
Guys stay away lots of lies not trustworthy and all in all a bad company she is lucky I gave 1 star she doesn’t deserve one
