Chemist went over and above, to personally fix an error after sales person overcharged me. Much appreciated for solving the problem and sorting it out quickly.

Staff are always so lovely and the shop is always clean. Not a lot of stuff to offer but have most of the essentials in stock. Prices are also relatively inexpensive compared to Chemist Warehouse.

I was here for work experience for 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff’s friendliness and assistance in going out of their way to create connections with regular customers and providing the best service they could was amazing. Just from 3 days i could tell the passion and eye for detail this pharmacy has, from the way Satish cares for his staff and store. He taught me so much with the assistance of his staff, they dealt with every situation and interaction with professionalism and made me feel very welcome. I recommend this pharmacy for anyone who values civility and professional judgement.

The pharmacist picked up an error in our script from the paediatrician and helped me sort it out. Will definitely use this pharmacy again - staff very friendly, polite and helpful

All the staff are really hot! You may think that is shallow, but if I have to go to the pharmacy anyway - I'm obviously already sick - why should the staff also be difficult to look at? If I am sending patients there: the same concerns clearly apply. Although very small, this chemist has been a lifesaver on several occasions. It's got everything you need from a pharmacy (assuming there haven't been supply chain issues which is really beyond everyone's control), including friendly, helpful, professional staff.

Staff is lovely. They served me eventhough the store was closed as I had just walked in not knowing the business hours. Satish has great knowledge on medications. He is a very polite and honest person. I never write reviews online. So this place is definitely special. Keep up the good work mate!

As for the other comments here about prices a bit higher, I get it, but plse give local businesses a break. I live in the area & the rents & outgoings for Brisbane Southbank businesses are extremely high compared to other areas. If you ask to match the listed price of elsewhere I'm sure they will be accommodating especially if you're a regular customer.

Helpful and efficient
This branch has all the usual medications and skin care products in stock and will get in rarer prescriptions overnight. Very good service from a friendly team.

Staff was friendly to help me to find what I want. After I had an unpleasant experience about membership card, the manager did a lot of efforts to resolve this issue. It shows that the manager really cares about each customer and prevents happening again in the future.
