The doctors especially Dr Melody and the nurses there are always so lovely when I come in with my son. They make me feel very comfortable when they are caring for him.
The reception staff was absolutely wonderful with me coming in so much when he was sick and even being able to squeeze in an appointment for myself the day after I couldn’t see a doctor at emergency.
Would defiantly recommend!

New to the service and had a wonderful experience with Dr Hannah Galvin and the team in reception. All my concerns and needs were listened to and I was offered treatment and advice which I understood easily and was given with peace of mind and reassurance. I received a text message to let me know that my results were in and we’re okay and then this was followed up with at my appointment. I could not recommend the surgery or Dr Hannah more highly.

Dr Michelle Crockett had been my GP for over 20 years. I have always received exceptional professional care. I am now a mother of three boys who also see Dr Crockett. They have built a very comfortable relationship with her, it's like visiting a friend. When Michelle has been unavailable or away on holidays we have had to see other doctors. They too have had a lovely bedside manner and provided high quality care. The nurse's and admin staff have a warm and friendly disposition and are always looking to provide their patients with whatever is needed.

I have been a patient of RFMP for 15 years now. I have only had good experiences. The care from everyone is second to none. This includes front desk staff, treatment room staff and of course the doctors. They are all knowledgeable and compassionate in what they do and I feel like I am in good hands at all times

One of the best Medical centre in the area, I've been going there for almost 2 years now. The receptionist and the nurses are very kind, even the lady that does my blood test.

Dr Melody is my doctor and is far the best doctor I have ever come across. She is very caring and shows alot of empathy, she goes above and beyond to help her patients and you can tell how much she loves her job and to help people.

She has also tremendously helped both my sisters with their health concerns and always went above and beyond.
My sisters and I all now go to her.

I have always been extremely happy with the service received. The nurses are very efficient and always cheerful as are the receptionists.
I have been with Dr Crockett for 25 years having followed her from Penrith.

I have been a patient of Dr Crockett's for over 11 years and in this time I have received an exceptional level of care. I have found Dr Crockett to be knowledgeable, compassionate, persistent and I never feel rushed by her. At times where I have seen another doctor within the practice they have been equally as helpful. The nurses and admin team have also been fantastic.

Great medical centre & the Doctors are actually interested in getting to the bottom of why you are there & don’t just recommend penicillin & Panadol no matter what’s wrong with you.

I had a massive infection after a hip replacement and these guys were amazing throughout my long recovery.

Also Dr Matt Lamb has identified my gout like symptoms every other doctor told me for 30yrs wasn’t gout, but never went any further than that.

I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone & do to friends and family.

My neighbour recommended to come to this practice when we moved to the area 6 years ago. Since then we have been seeing many of the drs over the years and we have been very happy with the friendly drs, nurses and reception staff. Recently I have been seeing Dr Anne Trang regularly and she has been wonderful. She always takes the time to understand everything and she is very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend this practice and will continue to go there for all my medical needs in the future .

I've been seeing Dr Muir for over 10 years, the level of care and attention to detail is second to none.
The staff are all friendly, some have been with the practice since it opened. Highly recommended

Absolutely wonderful! All staff are respectful and willing to do anything to help. All the Doctors are fantastic and are trauma informed which is a BIG plus. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for top quality medical care.

Our experience at the practice was very pleasant. Went there for my niece’s vaccination (4years) who is from Italy. Nurse Shelly was extremely helpful in finding out which vaccines were required and Dr Alison Ting was wonderful.

I've been going here for years and have had nothing but good experiences. I have a lot of chronic health issues and see Dr Melody regularly. She has always listened and helped me so much. I always feel heard and looked after here and I can't recommend them enough. I hope others can have the same experience I've had and thank you to the practise for their support in helping me get to the bottom of what's wrong and helping me manage it all :)

Got an appointment within 3 hours which was great considering first time in the country, receptionists were helpful and friendly, nurse was great and DR Kieron was super friendly and thorough with my daughter, great overall first experience to healthcare here thankyou!!

Dr Karen Zheng is a young and thorough doctor and is pleasant to deal with. I would recommend to anyone seeking medical advice.

The care and attention provided by Dr Crockett is exceptional. She takes a holistic approach to my health care. She is caring and well informed and with her I feel confident my health management is in good hands .

Staff and Doctors are all very caring and professional. Great that there is a room where you can see the nurse beforehand if need be. Never seen that before at any other medical practice. Very professional.

Highly recommend, especially if you have children and babies! The doctors and nurses are all so friendly and have extensive knowledge.You can also feel that they genuinely care and will listen to concerns and help you find the medical that you need.

I see Dr Kim Loo, the best gp doctor, she is kind, sympathetic and very knowledgeable.

I’ve seen other doctors at the practice and everyone of them has been caring and very professional.
