The Body Shop

Bought a cherry blossom body mist a couple weeks back, the nozzle became faulty so I took it back to get it checked out. The girl who saw me was really nice, she told me to wait five minutes because the manager (who was the one who could authorise an exchange) was having lunch, so I did. The manager showed up very promptly and took a look at my faulty spray, then went and got me an ENTIRE NEW BOTTLE without even looking at my receipt! 10/10 service right there, thank you guys very much.

Amazing service!

I popped in today to grab a lipstick that I’ve been after for a little while, looked on the shelf and unfortunately it wasn’t there. I asked Gemma, one of the employees, if they had anymore or when the next shipment was in. She informed me that it will be in next Wednesday and that she could put me on a call list. She could of easily left it there like a lot of other people would of. But she went above and beyond, she checked out the back for me and it turns out they had a few back there. I’m so happy that she takes that extra level of care when dealing with her customers. I have now left happy and the lipstick I came there for.

A few weeks ago I was speaking to Anthony I think his name was. I was asking so many questions and about lots of products and he was so patient and great!
I bought the face cleanser he recommended as I was breaking out and within the first few uses my face was already cleared up!
Also love the toner he gave me.
Will definitely be back to get the other products he recommended!

My daughter & I had a great time shopping at the Booragoon store recently, mostly because the staff there were so amazing. Kat, in particular, spent a lot of time with us and we never felt rushed or pressured. And we love our purchases!

Was at the Booragoon store and must admit, has been the most amazing service. Friendly, prompt and efficient. Nadia was a star this morning. Went in to buy one thing and walked out with two.

I bought a few things for a gift. I love the Moringo body butter so bought that as well as a few other bits. The people serving were friendly and helpful.

Vegan and cruelty free. Great products and super helpful staff.
