Josh was amazing. Thanks for patiently inducting me into the know-hows and what-nots of oversized box tees. He offered great suggestions and kindly assisted me with picking a couple of brands to see which cutting suited me best. Thank you!

Was after a pair of Mykonos men shoes.
Courtney, who answered the phone tried to assist with my query, but didn’t have the size I needed. Offered to ring me back . To my amazement Courtney not only called back but she was able to tell me where I can find them.

Visited the store today and I have never encountered such friendly and helpful staff in my life! Walking into that store is like catching up with friends that you haven't seen in years. Excellent service!

Great people great stuff

This is an okay store as it sells to expensive fancy shoes. What I don't like is that all the shoe are shelved and if you want to try them on you have to take the shoe of the shelve and ask someone who works there and they will will get the shoe size one at a time. This system is bad as many people would like to have the shoe in the box so they can try on and pay in one go.

The staff is uncomfortably friendly and overly enthusiastic... Nobody seems to be genuine or honest. I tried on a dress that was super unflattering for my body type and thank god my friend was there to advice me against it, however, one of the girls working on that day told me I look amazing in it and how she has the same exact dress and wears it all the time and how if she wore it that day, we'd be "matching". I seem to have the same experience multiple times whereby staff come by and tell me how they have the same product I am trying on... it honestly feels like staff have automated or scripted customer service lines they use on everybody, which would have been fine, except the staff overdo it too much and have made every experience in the store a very uncomfortable one, every single time. Sorry but please get staff to read the room. Products are good, quality is good, customer service is shocking.
