Went to JB Hi-Fi and had the pleasant experience of being served by Jeremy. The shop is packed with a huge variety of electrical equipment and associated products, all at very reasonable prices. Jeremy was very attentive and made selecting my purchases very easy with his knowledge and enthusiasm to assist. Products were very well priced and in one case cheaper than the manufacturers store. There are many a gift idea for the tech head and plenty of staff willing to assist. Highly recommend having a look here.👍

The cleanest JB & great customer service. It was great walking into this store with everything (stock) was in order/proportions & not messy. The store was clean & the floor staff was friendly bare in mind it was arnd 2pm in the afternoon when I went in there to pick up my order.

Exceptional service. As a regular customer, have had several issues over the years at this store which have all been resolved by staff amazingly. Recently was a click and collect order which I had put the wrong product. Staff were happy to fix up and genuine.

I needed a copy of my digital receipt and went online and completed the request form. I received the link to my dig receipt in less than 5 minutes and a call from Erin from Booragoon to check it had all been received.

Shane helped my partner and I sort out a warranty issue for a PlayStation 5 controller all in the matter of a couple of days! You won’t find another JB Hi-Fi do the hard yards for you - Shane for president!

It was xmas day when I visited and kinda crowded, yet the service was amazing and super fast and professional.

Love this JB so much that I will do car park battle royale and walking through a shopping centre to get to it. Staff actually want to help and seem happy working there. Customer service is great and informative. In the event stock levels aren't as advertised on the website, it's not a big deal for them to look at their other stores for the same item to arrange for pick up or delivery.

Defective product returned under warranty and issue with manufacturer and claim all cleared up by Shane, ended with new product.
