T2 Tea - Booragoon

We visited this T2 Tea store to buy some tea. They have a wide selection of teas, both in leaf and tea bag form. There is also a wide variety of teapots, tea cups and diffusers including gift sets. The staff were very helpful and explained the various teas available. A great place to get T2 tea.

Honestly the most beautiful store with the most helpful and amazing staff. Today I dealt with Adrain and Emily, whom helped me through an online click and collect order over the phone. Nothing was too hard for them, so polite, very knowledgeable even though the shop was busy with customers.

Emily even phoned me back to see how I would like it gift wrapped. Customer service at it's absolute finest.

Once again both Emily and Adrain are amazing and I am so very appreciative for them both ❤🌻

Aden was awesome!! I came with my mom to shop and he has excellent service and knowledge about the products. I walked out with a whole bag of tea varieties and tea containers. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful staff!! I would definitely travel back to this outlet just for his service!

A Shoutout to Hannah and Kate at T2 Tea!

A couple of months ago, I visited T2 Tea and had an outstanding experience, thanks to the dynamic duo, Hannah and Kate! From the moment I stepped in, Hannah's lightning-fast assistance and keen knowledge of the store layout made my shopping experience a breeze.

On the other hand, Kate's soft-spoken and gentle demeanor stood out, creating a truly delightful and personalized touch. Her attention to detail made the entire experience even more special.

What struck me the most was the warm and genuine greeting from both these young ladies. Their big smiles, caring attitude, and overall professionalism made the visit truly enjoyable.

T2 Tea is truly blessed to have such dedicated individuals like Hannah and Kate on their team. Keep up the excellent work and a special shoutout to these two for their outstanding service!

Beautifully decorated and appointed store. The staff are always friendly and willing to assist you with recommendations and purchases. Become a member and they giftwrap for you. Worth a visit there. Try the French Earl Grey, it's amazing.

Went in 15th Wed evening, the guy who served me was the absolute best, I’ve never been to T2 and I was picking out a gift - he was so incredibly patient, nice and polite. Please let him know what a great job he is doing!

A great choice of teas. Didn't have the one I was looking for " Scottish breakfast " but tried another type. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

They have a big variety of loose teas and I love all their tea sets in which I have a few of. 💕💕💕

They have discontinued my favourite tea :( I will miss ginger spice. The staff tried doing a blend for me to try, but it wasn't the same.

This is a great store. The staff are super friendly and go above n beyond to help with any enquiries n purchases. Always come here before going to any other store . Highly recommend so hard to find good nn genuine customer service.
