Came here for many years but have now been deadnamed approximately 60 times by the reception staff, it's really not hard to get someone's name right. Will probably not return as they don't even bulk bill anymore and they clearly don't care enough about their gender diverse clients to do some basic training in respect. The doctors are good but it's overpriced and behind the times.

Did my glucose tolerance test here - the phlebotomist marked the sheet wrong, so the lab destroyed my samples and I now have to repeat the test. It’s an awful 2 hour test and you fast for 8 hours prior, drink a sugary syrup then have 3 blood draws taken. With a newborn baby, having to repeat this really is a nightmare.
