Second time buying runners here, and I have returned for a reason. While these guys' prices are quite high, the attention and service you get is second to none - each time I've been, I've spent about 45 minutes trying on all different pairs, working with staff to find the perfect shoe for me. And the attention and expertise they have pays dividends - I've always thought you just needed to "wear in" shoes and suffer through some blisters and pain, but since coming here, I've run with the shoes straight out of the box and they've fit like a dream with no pain at all. Shout out to Ben especially for his amazing customer service. Will be back!

I have multiple foot issues, and always had problems with getting the right shoe for my needs. I’ve never had such comprehensive and fantastic service for a shoe before! Super happy with my new fit! Cannot recommend them enough. Absolutely will be getting all my future shoes from here!

I’d give 6 stars if I could. Not every shoe store gives you hours of their time ensuring the perfect fit like these guys and gals do.

I wore my shoes for a track session and had some blistering. They patiently brought me back in to try on at least 6 different pair until I ultimately landed back on the pair I originally purchased with some adjustments to the laces and I’m running blister-free.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for runners!

The service I received from Ben today was awesome. He went above and beyond and is very knowledgeable on all products. Very stoked with the experience and will 100% be back for my next pair. So much easier to know what suits my foot rather than surfing the web. Thanks again Ben!

Best shoe fitting I have ever had. Show prices are all RRP but the time spent fitting was great. Make an appointment during the weekdays for even better service. Always busy on the weekend.

As a beginner runner it can be a bit daunting to find running shoes that are good for you - there is a lot of information out there!
Going to this shop just made everything very easy and simple. They don’t necessarily look at the shape of your feet only, they watch you run / walk (several times, with different shoes!), they also ask you questions… and based on that they make their recommendations!
I am loving my new runners and will definitely be going back for my second pair! Thanks so much for the help I had a really great experience!

One stop shop for quality running aids

My friend and I had heard excellent stuff about this shop in a local Facebook group. We finally visited today and were super-impressed! We had our feet assessed and learned SO much in the process. We never felt rushed and we loved that we were given so many good options to try on. This is absolutely a very different experience to going to one of the big chain stores - it felt so personalised and we wish we'd done it sooner. We both came away very happy with our purchases and couldn't stop talking about our experience all day! Would highly recommend! And don't be fooled by the name of the shop - my friend and I aren't runners but avid walkers. So they really do cater to everyone - runners AND walkers!

Paid for my Hoka Bondi 7's by phone and Nathan
delivered them to my door after work the same day! Perfect size! I work in the community sector and I like the supreme comfort of Hoka shoes. I have never found any shoes more comfortable. Very worth the investment. My partner also purchases Hoka shoes from the store and likes the excellent service. Storing our purchase info makes future purchases easier. Excellent service and products!!! Won't go anywhere else.

It’s been a couple of weeks since I purchased the shoes recommended by the friendly staff at The Running Company. Could not be more pleased with the comfort and fit! Back into running again without blisters or pain. Great shop and service :)

Amazing place and service. I didn’t have much hope going in because my feet are hard to fit and I have some old injuries. I was served by a lovely guy called Paul. He was so knowledgeable with incredible attention to detail, and really patient with me. I never felt rushed, nothing was too much trouble. I ended up buying three pairs of runners and each one is my favourite. Thanks Paul, I’ll be back.

Great place to go if you have no idea what sort of shoe you want/need. The staff will analyze your foot for you to find the right fit. They were very friendly and patient throughout the process until we found the right one

If you are looking for runners, this is the place to go. You don't have to be a long time runner to come here, but a lot do - and probably for a good reason. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. In fact if you are new to running, this is the best place to come for good shoes that will suit your foot and running style.
