Ben and Hazel were amazing staff at Birkenstock, Clifton Hill.
They certainly knew their products and were only too willing to suggest options.
They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I believe Birkenstock is indeed fortunate to have Ben and Hazel on their team!

Can’t recommend this store enough - awesome variety of stock and the Cliffton hill team are fantastic. Old school, lovely customer service - super understanding of an (otherwise!) very frustrating situation with an old gift card. Popped in and everything was resolved within in 5 minutes. Jonty, you made my year! :) thanks again

The people that work in this store are an absolute delight. After buying the first pair, subsequent pairs sell themselves.

It’s also great that old pairs of Birkenstocks can be rejuvenated so they seemingly live on forever.

First time having some Birks repaired & they are like new! The repairs workshop is fantastic - the communication & service second to none (important as I live rural). Thanks team - will continue buying our family Birks in confidence knowing your team is there to help (in this case, when our pup chomped my fave pair) xx

What a lovely flagship! Large range of Birks, more than you would ever imagine! Very personable service. Suprised by the location, the city store is much smaller but possibly attracts more of the tourist crowd. Love the old school bike and rustic warehouse feels!

Very friendly staff. The biggest Birkenstock store in Melbourne. They also sell samples for cheaper price.

The retail assistants at this store are very lovely and exceptionally helpful. Gave me lots of advice when trying to choose a shoe, and even let me back in to the store 10 minutes after closing to pay for them having finally made my decision whilst sitting in my car outside. Thank you!

Staff were so helpful in helping my find my perfect birks and repair my old ones. They were very knowledgeable about the products and were able to tell why my old ones wore out faster from being Ill fitting. Glad I went in rather than just buying online. Also got a cool tote bag with my purchase!

Strong range. Had the exact replacement footbed I needed for my aged Profi kitchen clogs. Parking somewhat limited.

I visited the Clifton Hill store today and met Macsen!
So here’s my Birks & Macsen story.
I have let it go nearly 56 years before checking out if Birks and l are compatible!
How could this be so?
Shame on you Jo!
I have Cerebral Palsy, but also an eye for style and l thought it was long overdue that l see if Birks could navigate the gait or step in time with the Jo wobble so to speak! 😉
Macsen was up for the challenge!
For an hour he persisted with knowledge, Witt and physical assistance.
We tried many styles and he didn’t hesitate to try that one last pair as my options were running short.
Unfortunately l left “birkless” but not for lack of trying.
I was blown away to hear that the Company has had the option of alterations for non conforming feet such as mine.
What a fantastic offering!
I struggle to maintain the footwear style l wish to have and this type of consideration for a mainstream company is brilliant.
Bring it back or bring it on Birkenstock l commend your inclusivity and consideration for all kinds of feet.

I visited today to get a repair done on my sandals. The lady did it on the spot for no charge and a gentleman who was there told me how to clean the footbed with a piece of sandpaper!! Very happy customer, Thankyou Birkenstock Clifton Hill for excellent service
