This place is absolutely amazing those actually prime at this store! The staff are very generous and helpful. It's always got great prices on stuff I need.

Sunday 6:30pm just after I finished my dinner, I really needed a coffee. The lady that served me was incredibly friendly and patient😊 she said that the coffee machine was finished for the day, but just as I went to leave she stopped me and said "I can make you one coffee"! She was amazing, she did not have to do that so thank you 😊
Her patience with all the customers was just so kind and caring.😊
Please pass this onto her, she does not know how much her kindness touched me today, life saving! So please keep her even a pay rise or just let her know she is doing an amazing job 🙂

Clean, friendly, well stocked. Quality food at affordable prices. Would enjoy more vegan/vegetarian hot food and frozen items. Thanks for the vegan ice cream. Delicious. Staff are lovely.

had problems with uber phoned up and the lady who answered was very helpful and made sure we got our order and left a apology in the bag.

A welcome addition to the hood, good to have a Woolies nearby. For a limited selection store, they have enough stock to avoid a trip to the bigger Woollies 👍🏼

Staff are polite and friendly.
Only thing is the price on the shelf sometimes isn't what goes through the registers.
At times its 10-40 cents more, by the time you realise, you've gone home.
The products in the Metro stores cost more than the regular Woolies.
The raspberries and blueberries are regularly moldy.

It's tiny so I understand just selling essentials but why have 4 different brands of plain vanilla icecream yet not one hand soap/wash available?

The elderly female supervisor is the most incompetent, insincere individual I have had the mispleasure of dealing with. Accepted an UberEats order, refused to pack it, and refused to cancel (or is mistrustful of technology - I'm concerned she's found herself in a time loop watching Terminator on repeat. But the VHS version, because "DVDs are the devil luv")
