Great service from Tick Tock Booragoon. They serviced my Tag Heuer mechanical watch and did a fantastic job. They fixed the day/date that wasn't working properly, and the owner was helpful, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me.

Had old Casio watch repaired after botched up job elsewhere.Fiddely job but watchmaker fitted new movement and going as good as ever. Very good service and price. Rob Jewell.

Left my watch with them to fix a broken band for over a month. I never got any updates on whether it could be fixed or not and finally called nearly a month later just to find out that my watch had gone missing. Luckily got the broken watch back, and won’t be going again

Asked if they would honour an older battery replacement reward card to get 2-for-1 & they said they would, which was promising, one watch stopped working when I got home and looks like it still needs a battery 😕

Left a clock to be serviced, it was losing time, in July 2020 and didn't get it back until October after a couple of chase up calls. Took it back in November as it had stopped working altogether. called in March to let them know that we were moving out of the metro area in April, very rude & impatient response. Waited until a day before we moved for the call to pick it up. No apology or explanation as to why it took so long, $90 service fee supposed 12 month warrantee but I won't go back even for a watch battery. Be prepared for a long wait.

Very rude and unpleasant. Asked if he could repair my watch. He took a quick glance at it and said there's nothing that could be done quit rudely. Then to make things worse he went on to imply that I buy fake watches. I have the warranty but couldn't be bothered arguing. Very unpleasant experience.

Honestly terrible experience. Horrible customer service and extremely aggressive. Went in to get my watch face fixed and that was it. When I handed it in to be repaired it was working fine, still ticking but there was just a crack in the face which needed to be fixed. When I got it back my watch didn't work at all. The face was fixed but now the watch didnt actually work. I proceeded to ask the man at the store to check what was wrong with it and he only said that he did his job and if the watch didn't work it was ultimately my fault. He told me that I 'expect him to fix something for free' which isnt his problem. Aggressive, rude and in no way made an apology. Would not recommend at all.
