Pristine unspoilt nature. There is a limited number of vehicles allowed on the island at the same time so there is loads of space to explore and not see another soul for ages. Great tracks and bushwalking, not to mention the spectacular beaches and a pink lake. Truly an blue water oasis.

Spearfishing was awesome few sharks but had boat on standby for any that took a little too much interest

Beautiful island. Quite choppy tracks. Need good tyres and suspension. Plan fuel carefully as closest is overlander roadhouse ~180 kms from island unless you pre book fuel at island.
Learn to drive dunes and corrogated tracks and you'll have a better stay.

Great place to see & explore.

You will need to be set up to be self sufficient for extended camping without facilities ( Ablutions at some spots)

Lots to see, discover, explore& learn from those in the know.

I'm an American traveling the world on google maps. Just looking at these photos make's me hope the Army sends me to Australia. Can learn plenty about nature by visiting some time in my life hopefully.
